I went for a drastic change of style and was given top class treatment, great support and a really chic cut.
Customer service was fantastic, personal care and warm welcome from all staff. It's a bit away from the other central shops etc but well worth the walk.
I was happy that I managed to get an appointment with my regular stylist as they were busy. I left with a great haircut.

I am extremely happy with the service very warm,welcoming,and friendly. It was a lovely environment and they were so welcoming and offered me refreshment. My stylist Ella was great she was so friendly and also gave me a great haircut and also explained everything what she was doing and also gave me really good advice on styling my hair. The Essential at the mailbox is great and im really glad ive found my hairdressers. The service is outstanding and i will keep comming back and highly reccomend it to everyone.

I’ve been coming to essensuals in the mailbox for three years and I always leave feeling great. Vickie gives me the best cut and blow dry. The atmosphere is always friendly and there is always a smile on reception. I would not go anywhere else.
Another wonderful cut by the immensely talented Harriet Share, chief stylist at Essensuals. The usual high standard of greeting and care was again in evidence in this stylish salon.

Rubbish!!! Hair dresser was scared of cutting hair! Had to ask her when she will be cutting my hair, as all she was doing was blow drying it and straightening it. I even said I don't mind the length being shorter as long as it has good layers! When she did cut couple of hairs, It was like she was cutting an end of a thread.
Had my colour done today with Qazia. Can i just say how lovely she is! She knows exactly what I want and advice me accordingly. Strongly recommend this toni and guy brunch.

I went in to have something different and I was given friendly and honest advice on how the new look could be altered to suit me...I went for a daring undercut and I am really happy with the look! There had been a mix up when I rebooked my cut and colour and my cut had not been organised. However, everyone went above and beyond to sort this out and I am extremely grateful for this.

Lovely hair - thank you stayed in all day. Fantastic show - 5 star reviews young Frankenstein at the Garrick - opposite the national portrait gallery. All the cast were amazing. The leafs were superb. Ross noble - a great link in all the scenes. Fabulous costumes & belted out songs.
A good many stars there too. Joan Collins, Maureen lipman, Alan yentob, Paul Merton, a newsnight reporter and Mel Brookes himself, Christopher boffins. Superb preparation by Susan stronman.

Brilliant!! The staff is very polite and professional. Sally is amazing, she listened to what I wanted, gave me great advice on what was best for me, and she explained me all the process on how to do the look at home. I absolutely loved it!
