what a great experience friendly welcoming make you feel at ease professional and experienced at what they do my stylist was exceptional at her job and styled my hair just how I wanted it i feel so confident and like a new man the whole thing has exceeded my expectations and they are a joy to be around and would call them friends 10 out of 10 they bend over backwards for you, you leave with lots of good advice they do so much for you and many others with health issues and ailments affecting hair this the only place to go for hair problems and what can I say about pete what a gent very down to earth a star what a great plan he put in place to set this business up to make sure every detail is covered and everything is the highest quality everybody is so special and good at what they do don't ever think of using anyone else for hair issues i can say you'll find none better and that's from first hand experience

I have been going to optima for a few years now and i am so glad that i chose them . The welcome from the ladies on reception is always super friendly and you can tell that their greetings are sincere and genuine. As per usual it is always a pleasure to see Ellise and have a catch up she always cuts my hair exactly how i want it . Thank you again to the man the legend Pete for the birth of optima and a big thank you to the rest of the optima team i appreciate you all x

First class service

I had a new system fitted last month and it was a longer length than normal? at the time I wasn't sure if it was too long but was advised to let it settle and then we can always go shorter at next refusion appointment which made sense. So I brought my next refusion appointment forwards as I wanted the length a little shorter from the sides and back. I was really excited and looking forward to finally having it at the correct length in time for my upcoming holiday abroad in 2 weeks. Unfortunately when I arrived for my appointment and began to explain to the stylist what I wanted she told me to stop right there as she was unable to cut the system. She said she would ask the 2 other stylists if they could support but they were unable to help either.
So I left disappointed and with a system that I feel is too long in length for what I want.
The team are always lovely and I dont want anyone to get in to any trouble. I am simply giving honest feedback. It might be worthwhile for the reception to ask customers when booking for a refusion if they're currently happy with their system or if they would like it cut and then book those customers with the appropriately trained stylist.

Rhead is just brilliant and will always sort my unit out exactly as I want it! Never leave dissatisfied.

Amazing experience today, Karen is a genius at her skill , you can tell she has been doing this for 30 years plus as the blend is like nothing I’ve seen before ! Total professional

I was extremely disappointed as over 6 weeks ago I booked a fitting and only yesterday when I arrived at optima I was told that noone knew about it. I sa Peter and other arrangements were made for my next visit. Amber did the refusion well but couldn't cut the hair on the unit. I wanted a few millimetres taken off and when another stylist came to check Amber's work said he would love to cut my hair but did not have the time. I have been coming to optima for many years and have never known that.

Dale’s manner and professionalism was impressive from the start. Felt good in his hands. He’s such a nice person and a credit to the team.

Reception staff are always welcoming friendly and very helpful.

Ive been going to Optima for laser treatment for about 11 years and during that time I've always been greeted with welcoming smiles and a friendly word. Pete is so committed in what he does and helps people of all ages gain confidence from his product. We assume we have to make do with the life we have but Pete makes people realise we don't have to settle for 2nd best, that people like Pete and his team are there to make us feel special. It's always good at Optima.
Didn't unfortunately have the best hair stylish on planet earth today, in Kaz, but Charlotte is still good and was trained by Kaz.
So, yet another really good experience at Optima.

She trimmed my prehistoric Barnet with precision, straightened the chaos, and listened to my Crow-fuelled monologues like a true salon survivor. Her dino facts? Ferocious. Her styling?
