Been coming here for a few years and everything about the place is top notch , they can’t do enough for you from Sam on reception who is new and just the nicest person and always looks after me with a cup of tea 👌🏼

The whole experience with Optima is the best, I can see from reviews on here so many people say the same but I can also see a couple of moaners , from someone who has tried most of the companies out there they don’t know the difference between a caring company and a rip off company , Optima are so kind and caring and Karen leads the way with her unbeatable skills .

This was my first time meeting Charlotte. She was very professional and friendly. And made you feel at ease she was very attentive and she cut my hair just how i wanted it another great addition to the optima family.!

Every level of service is amazing, the girls at reception are polite and a great first point of contact, making me feel welcomed and relaxed, the my stylist went out of her way to accommodate me, I was extremely early for my appointment. Claire came from her break in order to get me sorted and back on the road for my long journey home.
The whole process makes you feel a million dollars and my stylist made the experience comfortable, relaxing and fun.

Lovely people, service and atmosphere

I had the pleasure of experiencing Claire for my refusion . She was professional and considerate at all times.

Charlotte did my refusion for the first time , she was amazing as I needed a colour as my unit was looking too warm , she was very thorough on asking what shade I wanted . Even styling my hair she did everything I asked and more . She was very accommodating and I can honestly say I left optima feeling soo happy . Lovely stylist who didn’t rush anything and was very happy to make the small changes if needed . Thank you Charlotte will definitely be booking in with you in the near future .

The lady who did my hair is CHARLOTTE and she is not listed with your other stylists. She was EXCELLENT! She listened well, was warm and friendly and made sure that she was fulfilling my expectations for my hair.

11 years with Optima and today was my very first 10am early appt! I am not a morning person and dreaded it but the experience from the amazing people at Optima kept me awake with delight! 8 members of staff acknowledged me from
Jade waving to me as i was preparing to doze of in car as i got there early, to Nicole and Sam at reception to the amazing returning Fotini sorting my Barnet out! Emma popped into have a chat to seeing the awesome Annie and then chatting with Boss man Pete who genuinely cares about all his clients, and not forgetting banter with Wednesday on Instagram later! Where else would 8 members of staff treat you like their own? I am so grateful to have found this place! These guys rock!

I have been coming to optima for many years, but this is the first time I have left a review … the stylist Claire, I believe is relatively new to the team, but you wouldn’t have known , she was professional and friendly and we had a bit of a laugh - a good experience in what can sometimes be filled with anxiousness and anxiety
