Optima Hair Specialists Ltd

Elyssha is amazing as are the other stylists. Very experienced and knowledgeable and I feel like I'm human once again!!!! Top reception otion service too!!!

Great service.

Excellent stylist.spoke with Pete &Karen, wonderful day.

5 stars honestly isn't enough! Not only does Elyshha give the most perfect trim every single time, but every visit is also basically a full on education lesson — yesterday we were deep diving into how absolutely incredible the human brain is, how it magically turns thoughts into sentences, how we know exactly what to say, when to laugh, even when to blink! Plus I got the insider scoop on Miss World sizes 10 & 12 AND learned exactly how to make the perfect pizza — and why it actually tastes even better the next day. If she'd been my teacher for my A-levels I'd have aced everything first time round. Amazing hair AND I leave feeling smarter every single time! Absolute legend! Top dog!

Always very good

Reception staff are always welcoming friendly and helpful

Always a pleasure visiting optima never a chore. The ladies at reception are always super friendly, welcoming and helpful . My refusion with Charlotte was easy going and chilled i felt at ease all the time no awkward quiet moments.
Again this experiance would not have been possible without the man the legend Pete.. As i previously stated before there are plenty of hair loss business out there but only one clear winner in my opinion optima ! You can try the rest but optima is the best ! Thank you Pete and the optima family .

A brilliant job as usual

Pre appointment support and contact was excellent. Thank you Jo!
Ladies on reception were friendly, professional and helpful!
Elyssha - cannot sing her praises enough. Listened to my requirements in styling, gave good, clear advice, and cut the unit perfectly.

Have worn units for about 3 years. Came home and bf said 'that is the best unit and best cut I've seen on you'.

Rhead. Legend. End of story

Catherine is so gentle and caring

Wonderful work once more , Karen really listens to your instructions and creates the exact style you want

Top job, top place , friendly staff

This was my first hair system fitting and I was quite apprehensive to start with. I was made to feel comfortable by Sue before Karen got to work. As soon as Karen arrived she put me at ease and explained the process. The conversation was free flowing and easy, which made the time pass quickly. She was also very accommodating when asked if my wife could come to see the final result. I must say that we were both delighted with Karen's work. She was also very informative about the options for looking after the hair system and not pushy at all with the sale of the Optima products. Nevertheless I decided that it was best to start off by using the recommended products. I'm now even happier after spending a day with my new hair. Thank you so much for my new hair, as it is so much easier to go out with confidence, without all the effort in trying of cover up the gaps.

These guys know their stuff, the best in the business by far

The quality of his work and the warmth and friendliness of who he is are both outstanding!

Lovely lady, lovely appointment

Great bloke, great cut. The end.

Really pleased excellent experience as always.

Shoutout to my hairstylist Elyshha! She gives me French‑fry sideburns, next‑day pizza hair magic, Miss World curves, and a hokey‑cokey blow dry performance. Anyone booked in with this fantastic prehistoric stylist, you must try the hokey cokey method, it genuinely works!

Seamless experience from start to finish. The staff are great, very friendly, down to earth and easy to have a conversation with. Always made to feel welcome!

Jade did me a fitting of a new system and after trying other companies I can only say WOW ! She’s a true expert , my wife said it’s the best it’s ever looked ! Thank you Jade

Great service… efficient and friendly

When I visit OHS usually get allocated a stylist about a month before and I do like my hair cut but the gents stylists and they were fully booked, the good news is I was extra impressed with the quality and attention to detail taken with the short hair cut and getting the correct colour tonew just right , which is always a time driven thing and Charlotte pushed to leave a bit extra time with my grey Tones, a 5 stars ⭐️ result

Less of hairstylist skill , I know burnI’m Specific about my tea and she was always prepared to listen to my preferences and make it exactly how I like it with no fuss?! :)

Thanks just need a wagon wheel with it next time ! 😁

Very good service thank you 😀🙏

Great services and I always get offers

Wonderful as usual.

10/10 excellent as always.

Brilliant as always

Another absolutely brilliant appointment. Karen just makes you feel so special. And styles my hair, the way I love it.
Thank you so much Kaz.

I had a new hair system fitted by Ellise and i must say that i am still happy with the cost effective and quality of the system and service provided.

I said it once and I will keep saying it again Pete you are a true legend in sourcing these hair systems and the birth of optima !

I have heard a few horror stories from a few people having hair systems from various hair system providers that have tried to emulate the professionalism and quality of Optima hair and have not been happy with the quality and service provided.

As my old mother use to say cheapness is not necessarily greatness thank you again to Pete the legend and the optima crew for providing a great service that has changed people's lifes for the better.
Long live Pete the legend and the optima hair legacy!

Very pleased with the work by Rhead. Thank you! 🙂

Very good

I have been going here ever since I was 21. It's been 15 years and I cannot complain. There is no rush and you can work together with stylists to achieve your look. Highly recommended

Thanks for a great hair cut... !!

I found Fotini a true professional, like all the stylists at Optima simply the best in the business from their attention to detail, friendly yet professional, superb cut and service right from start to finish..
Fotini is highly recommended!

Outstanding service and simply perfect as ever. Elyssha is a credit to the company.

Excellent service

Amazing service, prices and results. This place never disappoints.

Excellent stylist as always

He is talent for getting things right the first time, and every visit leaves me feeling as though I’m part of your extended family. I’ve never left disappointed – you always manage to understand exactly what I want, and your professionalism and attention to detail shine through each time.

Not only are you incredibly skilled and tidy in your work, but you also create such a welcoming atmosphere that makes every experience memorable. You really deserve gratitude all the time for your dedication and the way you consistently go above and beyond. Well done, and thank you for making a difference. Keep up the fantastic work, bro!

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I’ve consistently received. I can honestly say that they are an amazing person, always ready to lend a hand and often helping me out of tricky situations. In my experience, they are easily one of the best hair stylists I know. Their attention to detail is impressive – a real perfectionist whose work is always tidy and polished.

It’s clear to me that they deserve far more recognition for the dedication and skill they bring to their job. The only thing I wish is that I could book appointments with them more often! It seems that their talent hasn’t gone unnoticed, as they’re always fully booked.

Thank you for being such a fantastic and professional person. Your hard work and positive attitude truly make a difference!

I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback regarding my recent experiences. The person I am referring to is truly wonderful, always going above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Every visit I’ve had has been fantastic, with no complaints whatsoever. Their efficiency meant I was never left waiting and my appointments were handled quickly and professionally.

I did attempt to add them to my appointment list for future visits, but unfortunately it looks like their schedule was already fully booked. It’s a testament to their popularity and the high standard of care they provide.

Super job very professional.

Well what can I say, What a absolute pleasure it was to have my new system fitted and cut in by Ellise, First time I’ve been booked in with Ellise so was feeling nervous/apprehensive but once in the chair and started chatting felt at ease and made to feel comfortable, Listened to what ever requirements i had and gave advise on style and how to manage when waking up with the dreaded bedhead, Was really satisfied and happy with the final result, I couldn't recommend Ellise highly enough, Would be more then happy to be placed with Ellise in the future.

Very good and thank you to Charlotte for making me look great again! 😊

As always excellent service

Fotini is a totally brilliant hairdresser.
I always come out feeling so good . Not only is she a great hairdresser she is a lovely human being. The girls in reception are so welcoming as is Pete the owner.
