A lovely experience with a caring stylist I have never met her before but she soon put me at ease anyone visiting the salon will get the most caring experience and really individual advise

Most of my appt was done by a new girl I think called Elise who is training ( apologies if I got it wrong ) she was excellent , haircut was great , chatty and really thoughtful and particular with her work . Been coming to optima for 5 years and always happy with everything. Top job by an amazing company thanks guys

Many years of coming to Optima. The service has always stayed the same high standard. I honestly have never seen or been greeted by a member of staff that hasn’t been polite or had a smile on their face and took the time to talk to you. Even if deep inside they have been having a bad day or got a personal problem they have always put the customer first. Brilliant

Always have a great experience with the Team at Optima. I have different stylists each month and they’re always friendly and easy to talk to. My recent visit I also had Dale who has recently started training at Optima, he was really friendly and couldn’t do enough for me. Really nice guy!

Karen is an excellent stylist who is a credit to herself and Optima.

Optima is an excellent place to be in for hair treatments. Nice atmosphere. All of the staff and stylists are very welcoming and friendly making it a leisurely experience to enjoy :)

Reception girls and different stylists I have are always more than accommodating,my only problem I have is trying to judge when new piece will arrive and get dates as try to make sure old piece is not to tired

I have been going to Optima for about 14 years. To say it's a special place would be an understatement. As a woman, hair loss is devastating. I was lost. Everyone at Optima - Pete, Elyssha, every member of staff I meet - make my visits a pleasure each time. They put me at my ease and are friendly and reassuring.

I have been coming for 9 years and long over due a review. The entire staff from reception to the stylists and even the people behind the scenes are amazing people. Always feel welcomed, respect your privacy, chatty, friendly creating a nice atmosphere and best of all the quality of service is top notch. Thats why i have been loyal for 9 years. Highly recommended.

Hand on heart, life changing, gave me the confidence again. Service from Pete, Kaz and the whole optima team is nothing short than amazing. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant.

Only rated 4 out of 5 on the result but that was down to myself having hair too short on the back and sides due to a heavy handed haircut a week before I got my system. The team did wonders with what they had to work with :-) and pleased with the result

She was warm, friendly and efficient…and because Kaz was in and out as well, I had the distinct benefit of having both of them work with me.

I don’t have a regular stylist yet - but Kat has done my hair, and Emma has too and have been good. Just would like a regular stylist.

From the moment you walk through the door into the reception area you are always given a warm and friendly welcome by the optima ladies at reception.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Mariah a new member of the optima family .
I was really impressed how she cut and trimmed my hair exactly how i wanted it .

Mariah made me feel at ease and comfortable at all times considering this was the first time that we had met I felt i knew her for a long time.

Fotini is such a lovely girl and a totally brilliant hairdresser. The girls on reception are totally delighful too. It all starts at the top with a Management that creates a happy environment.
