Maria was pleasant, friendly and knowledgable. Always has been in the times I have had the pleasure of meeting her before. I had my unit re-fitted along with the re-styling of unit, which was great, so had a different style this time. It all went smoothly and in a timely manner. I was so satisfied, what more can you ask for.. I know there is a reception evaluation in the next section of this review but it’s a tick box review, you can’t really embellish the review. Especially when they go above and
beyond. Optima RECEPTION girls are brilliant!!! So Helpful, pleasant, they go out of their way to ensure your appointments are booked, at times that suits you, especially if like me, I tend to have a lot of hospital appointments, so I need to swop my appointment times and days a lot. But they always accommodate me. They help me so much especially with parking. You know something, every person I have had the privilege to meet at Optima, in what ever capacity, have been so pleasant, they are so knowledgeable in what ever they do and go out of their way to make you feel relaxed and whole again, especially when you walk out of their door, without your head covering. Thank you for the service you give to us all, along with the free services you provide to charities.
