Amazing service as always. Always feel super comfortable and at ease - Jade is fantastic. Absolutely love my hair. Everyone on reception were super lovely too, nothing ever seems too much hassle.

I've been going to Optima for nearly five years. I have always had an excellent service from every stylist I've met. The company is very friendly and professional and I would recommend it to anyone.

Brilliant appt! Emma did awesome with my Barnet! Granted it's not a short back and sides style i have and she pays attention to to all the little dots i draw on myself! I have 4 amazing stylists now in Wednesday(Elyshha), Fotini, Jade and Emma! I feel like Dogtanion!

I always feel great after my appointments at optima, but yesterday felt extra special to me. I’ve been pretty low recently and my appointment with Elyssha yesterday was the pick me up and the confidence boost I needed! I actually got a little emotional at the end because I was so happy with the job that she had done, it was the first time since I first had my system fitted that I was overcome with emotion and the realisation of how happy I am now that Optima has given me this opportunity! She was kind enough to give me a hug at the end too! Thank you everyone, I appreciate you all!

I saw a new stylist today called Clare. She really listened to what I wanted and what my concerns were with getting a trim. Clare took her time and I’m thrilled with the result.

Honestly can't begin to tell you how grateful I am for Elyssha, not only does she always listen to me but I feel heard when it comes to my hair and how I'm feeling about it or if I not sure about a certain cut or look. I just truly appreciate her and the way I feel after she's done my hair 😊

Rhead did my refusion and was absolutely brilliant. He remembered exactly how to do my hair from the last refusion and knew how to get the right colour back to the unit!

As always I got treated with kindness and respect, and the conversation is great too.
But the feeling you get, after the treatment, is fantastic.
I said to Karen and manager Pete that they have made me feel so good, since I have coming there. And I really meant it too.
I had a real low self esteem, before I came to Optima. But I feel so much better these days.

I had a refusion with Maria yesterday and I was so pleased. Maria is lovely, and is clearly very experienced at her job. I’ve made sure my next appointment is with Maria as she understood exactly what I wanted, and I felt really comfortable with her.
