Where to even begin, my hair has been at the core of my insecurities for the past 5 or so years now, I’ve always wanted to do something about it and Optima has given me the opportunity to do that!

Right from my first consultation with Pete, I felt understood and assured that something could be done about my biggest insecurity. My interactions since then either via email or in person have been the definition of exceedingly excellent care and customer service.

Jade, wow, I’m struggling to find the words to express to you how truly grateful I am for what you have done for me. You’ve given me back a young spirit and confidence that I haven’t felt in what feels like forever! You’re a true professional and I greatly respect and appreciate your attitude and approach to your work, the perfect balance of giving the client what they want but also offering your opinion and expertise! I felt as though I could really trust you and I apologise for being a speechless mess at the end, it’s not often that I don’t have something to say haha! Thank you so much, truly!

Jade is a very bubbly and friendly person, and an expert stylist. As a regular customer, Jade knows exactly the style I like and will always offer advice and guidance to ensure I leave satisfied. I highly recommend Jade.

I can't remember the name of lady who done my hair, she was pleasant and good but because I keep having different stylists the style is not the same, also it feels slightly more back on forehead, the lady who also worked with her Maria was very friendly and kind, she done my colour, but I will be phoning about having preferred stylists

As always, from the moment you walk in the reception door, you are just made to feel really good.
The receptionists themselves are just really welcoming, Jo and Beth, on this occasion. And they just make you feel SO GOOD.
Then, from the the first moment your appointment starts, you can ask questions about your hair, and are just re-assured about everything. And Karen is just so good at this, and knows everything, about the company, and it seems, would do anything at all, to help you.
I have been coming here for several years now, and have always been made to feel this way.
And I even had a visit from owner Pete, during my appointment.
Pete is one of the best men I have ever met, and knows exactly how to make you feel good about yourself.

I was waiting for a new unit to arrive but it had not arrived by them time I was due on holiday, Jade knew this and went above and beyond to repair an old unit so I would be able to go on holiday without worrying about my hair.
