Dominic is the best best best hairstylist you will ever get he does your hair right to proportion and exactly the way you want it he has such a nice way of speaking to people and he asks you if you would like any drink or anything and gives the best head massages you should all go to him

I have been a loyal customer of Dalel's for many years, and each time I sit in her chair, I am reminded of her unwavering dedication and passion for her work. Had a hair “refresh” session with Dalel today. I had no idea what the plan was as I never ask Dalel, I always let her do whatever she thinks is right. Sat in the salon for 2 hours , was well fed and watered by Karen 😊 & walked out with amazing hair thanks to Dalel. I’ve mentioned this in my previous review , it will cost you a bomb but that is the tradeoff to having good products used which won’t cause you’re hair to fall, colour remains amazing for months & overall Dalel is a genius when it comes to colour and cut . I know her for a year now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Between her and Karen the dynamic duo they are , trust me you are in great hands!

Dalel is a beautiful person and a fantastic hairdresser. I’ve been with her for about 20 years now and there is no way I would let anyone else do it. She is a perfectionist, she cares about you and your experience in the salon. I could be having a bad day and just having her do my hair makes me feel great again. I’m always pleased with my hair and I trust her impeccably.

Paolo is more than just a fabulous stylist and award winning colorist-he's a wonderful person too. Every time I book with Paolo, it's all the small thing's that add up to making having you hair done special & he's funny & excitable too. Personality aside, I always leave feeling amazing and always get compliments about my hair for days (sometimes weeks) later and he encourages me to be brave too and have already booked in for my next appointment, where the plan is to go pink (or at least a rose gold) - looking forward to it already!

I bring in hair colour ideas for myself at most appointments. Paolo is very good, responsible and gives honest feedback with what would work depending on the condition of my hair due to previous toners used. High credit goes to Paolo!🙂

I had an appointment with dalel today and it was the best feeling. Just to give a short background I have moved to Keighley and it’s been two years since I didn’t get by hair done by dalel and after she had a look at my hair and fixed the mess the hairdresser made of my hair, I felt like my confidence was back I loved the whole experience that I had with dalel today and I completely trusted her with my hair knowing full well she will restore my hair.

Rehana was fantastic and so friendly. She listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly the style of cut I asked for. She was also really helpful with helping me decide whether I should dye my hair and what the best colour would be for what I wanted. I left having booked a follow up appointment including a colour!

Today I had a fabulous experience in this salon! The services offered by Dalal are 5 stars, the result obtained was amazing and the atmosphere so warm that I will come back every time with great pleasure!

“Inconsistent Results and Rising Prices”
"I visited this salon yesterday, but unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my experience. Once again, the final result was not what I had requested, despite clearly explaining my preferences. Additionally, I’ve noticed that the prices tend to increase each time without clear justification, making it difficult to plan treatments with confidence.

I believe there is room for improvement, both in terms of delivering on clients' expectations and providing more transparency with pricing."

I had a balayage done today by Skye. It was the most amazing experience i’ve had, she is so kind and interactive, she is amazing at what she does and worked wonders for me today. She has really and truly made my birthday. Skye is as asset to the company. Highly recommended Skye, she went above and beyond, exceeded my expectations didn’t think it was possible to transform my hair the way she was able to. Many thanks to Skye and the team you were all great, will be returning very soon!
