I and my friend had a very good experience at Regis. The outcome was what we were expecting. Definitely looking forward to come again soon.

Unfortunately, even after explaining myself several times to the other stylist too during my consultation prior to the appointment and with the receptionist there too, they were unable to achieve the colour I had asked for. I was then blamed for asking for the wrong toner even when I said several times that I don’t underhand the toner book. I’m not a hair specialist so I don’t know. I assume that if you show several photos and explain the main points,, the hairdresser will just do that as they do in videos I’ve seen online.
I spent 8 hours in the salon. The blow dry was done after me waiting for a very long time. When I said I felt my hair was too dark after the toner, i was made to feel like I asked for this and said that I said my hair was too bright before. My roots had been coloured separately instead of together with foils on the highlights as usual. So I could see my hair without the toner which looked awful and scary. Naturally I would panic at what they might think I mean by ‘bright’ because they kept saying it looked lovely which was confusing.
This has to have been my worst experience at any salon in my life. Extremely tiring. Consultation lasting half an hour. When asked what type
Of blonde I want, I said I just want it blonde like sun kissed, maybe golden. I said I didn’t want it ashy and I was told later that I asked for how the hair came out darker after the toner. I’m not a colour specialist so I think it’s really doesn’t make sense to ask me what toner and what blonde I want from the book. If I showed a photo I liked I was told ‘but that’s really blonde’ it made me feel like that’s not for me. I’ve never paid so much on my hair and been so extremely disappointed and sad 😔

When I first went to Dalel I didn’t have much expectations. I got to know about her from a colleague at work and thought let’s give this a try. My experience with hair Colorist have mostly been on the negative side where you end up paying a lot of money & then in a month or so the colour turning rubbish. Now after 2 months of getting my hair done with Dalel, I can tell you this lady is genius. She is so sincere with her work. Very honest about what you need & what you don’t. A very warm honest person. I finally found my hairdresser for life! ❤️

I have been coming to Regis for the last 2 years or so. The service is fantastic, very welcoming and friendly. Paolo is a magician with colour, and corrected my covid box dye to a beautiful shade of brown-blonde. He is extremely knowledgeable and realistic about what level can be achieved and what works best for me. Very happy with my balayage colour and blow dry! I would highly recommend him and the salon for such a lovely experience.

As always I left extremely satisfied with an excellent hairstyle .

I have just had my haircut by Dalel and I have to say it is the best cut and blow drys I have ever had. From you walk in to the salon the staff make you feel welcome. Dalel makes you feel at ease and takes her time with your hair. Ensuring that it is exactly how you described when you walked in. Fantastic!!
