I really enjoy my visits to Regis Birmingham and always leave with my hair looking it’s best. Dalel is a really superb stylist - book her if you want a great cut and friendly, relaxed service.

Paolo is an absolute genius at colouring, styling and absolutely anything related to hair! In addition he is just an all round great guy!!!

Yet again I’m really happy with my hair. Catherine is a great colourist, listens to what I want to achieve, offers advice, and the results are consistent. All the staff at Regis are lovely and welcoming and that’s why I return and would recommend to everyone.

Another excellent cut and blow dry by Paolo he's just wonderful the very best.

I recently attended Regis Salon Birmingham. Dalel was my hairdresser. She provides an exceptional service and I always feel like a million dollar when she does a colour, wash set and cut. I recommend her to all of my friends.

Not happy with results at all and all my hair are now dry and ruined , all my friends are asking me what happened to my hair, usually when out of a salon as a woman I’d like to feel good and happy but this was just the opposite of how I felt, they also made me feel like that was my fault as what I asked for wasn’t possible to achieve as a look, but mentioned this just after the service and after they so my not happy face. Never had such and experience, Not going back ever

Efficient service, welcome staff, explain how the colour will work and the process, as was my first time as I did not prefer a dye, Rehana recommended semi permanent colour as this is my first time.

Dalel did an amazing job on my hair as my roots were showing. I had a root touch up and she went the extra mile to ensure I was happy, kept me informed and very professional. I look forward to my next visit. Also Karen at reception took great care of me and was very polite and professional. All the way through the service Dalel and the student apprentice made me feel welcomed and Dalel took care of me. Lastly it would have been nice if the store manager said hello and acknowledged my presence there.

Elise was great. She asked me what haircut I wanted and then talked me through the process. She was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. She made conversation and kept me informed throughout the process. The end results were amazing. Definitely recommend.

Catherine has been doing my hair for years, wouldn't let anyone else anywhere near it. The colour is amazing and love the slightly shorter cut.

Absolutely amazing is the only way I could describe paolo also Karen who was so helpful at getting me a appointment when there was nothing left on line so it’s always good to give them a call to see if they can help.

I would like to thank Paolo for a brilliant cut. Definitely recommend to friends and family. It is worthy to go back on my next visit.

My colour is lovely and the cut but to sit in a mask for nearly 2 and a half hours without a drink is not a good experience not Dalels fault at all but they were not allowed to do drinks , this should be changed as I can go into a cafe for a drink , so please can you change this rule as it puts me off coming again for colours.

Loved it, nice and amazing professionals and atmosphere. First time straightening my hair in a year, went there scared because I got curly and afro hair, they treated my hair amazingly and left there feeling amazing and confident. :)

Paolo was so easy going I was able to relax. . He listened to what I wanted and even though I only gave him a rough idea he gave me a haircut that I am really pleased with. We discussed the colour of my hair but I made it clear I wasn’t interested in colour services. I was glad not to be advised about colour services.
