Came in for a trim but far too much was cut off! I just feel really upset as I have a special weekend planned! I know that Chelsea spent a lot of time doing my hair but we had already agreed how much would be cut off

I have been visiting Suyo some 30 years plus now, well ever since Adrian moved the business from Raymond’s in New Street, Birmingham. I have a hairdressers within a 5 minute walk from where I live and have never used them and never will. Suyo provide an excellent service that is value for money in a great atmosphere. The cut is always awesome and staff extremely professional, polite and friendly. I will always use Suyo. Well done guys ??

Probably the best blow dry and styling I have had. The whole service is excellent being able to book online, always a pleasant welcome, the best hair wash and head massage from young male trainee who has only been at salon few weeks, so attentive and senior stylist Raymond always styles my hair just how I asked, I've never received so many complements since having my hair styled at Suyo

Amazing service as always. Great staff (sorry couldn’t remember the name of my lovely lady that cut my hair). Always welcoming and I leave feeling happy with my hair!
I had a stand by appointment, which I have had before and had a great result. This time was slightly disappointing as after a few days, I realised that the back looked slightly odd and it didn’t really blend in too well. Looking further, I could tell that the cut with the clippers was not quite level, bits had been missed and there were stray lengths of hair. I would have been extremely disappointed if I had paid full price.
