A great experience as always. Very attentive and friendly staff.
As always the tops, have been to Adrian for around 40 years so dont think i will be changing now.
1) there was no conversation from stylist.
2) kept nipping off to deal with other things.
3) used the straighteners over 6 times per bunch of hair.
4) had to ask her to stop when thinning out hair as it hurt
5) took over 2 hours for a cut and blow dry
6) didn’t fully blow dry hair properly

All of the staff At Suyos are wonderful and have always made me feel incredibly welcome. They are true professionals and I receive nothing but star treatment each and every time I visit there.

This is the only salon I’ll ever go to (so long as I’m in Birmingham). Just had another full head of light blonde foils by Tash and couldn’t be happier. She’s super quick and friendly, and always gets it exactly how I wanted. The salon is really welcoming with no bitchiness (which you get in a lot of others) and all the staff are lovely. I’ll be back in a few months as usual :)

Emma was fantastic. She was very honest with me and gave me great advice with regards to what colour I should have my hair. She was very patient, spending over 3 hours on my hair. The result was great. Another lady went out of her way to put money in the meter because my parking was running out. I could not fault anything today.
