My flight was cancelled and I was delayed 12 hours, j phoned up the salon (as it’s close to the airport) and was offered an appointment 20 minutes later. I jumped in a taxi looking forward to my pamper.
I had a deep tissue back, neck and shoulder massage - Sarah has magic fingers! She worked wonders on my knotty shoulders, it was perfect mix of relaxing and felt it doing good. Then I had a pedicure and Shellac. It was lovely to chat with Sarah, and her fellow colleague and client. The pedicure was perfect, and I’m really in love with the colour (Frosted Glen). If you are at a loose end at the airport and need a treat … go!!!

Friendly and welcoming. Talked about Christmas evening. Talked about new ingredients in LVL and had patch test. Nails and eyelashes amazing

A last minute appointment. All very efficient. Advised a patch test was needed if I required an eyebrow tint . A professional service .

First time booking in with molly for a back and shoulder massage at a discounted rate. Thoroughly enjoyed my treatment, molly was great & very thorough.
Will definitely be returning for further massages.

Team was very welcoming as always. Laura remembered I liked Amy's nails from previous visit so put colours together to create own design.
Eyelashes were amazing.

Sarah-Ann is a fantastic therapist, she did my KD sensitive anti ageing facial treatment today. She is friendly, professional and knowledgeable about all products and services. A wonderful treatment, leaving me feeling thoroughly relaxed and pampered!

I always use this salon when ever I need my eyebrows and shellac on nails done. The team are so friendly and welcoming and the conversation flows throughout my whole appointment. They are also great hosts asking how my day has been and offering drinks throughout. I usually have Amy and Laura and their service is amazing. Also the receptionist are amazing and love having a chat with them every-time I come in.

Really pleased i phoned on the off chance and the girls fitted me in today and also did a test for me to have an eyebrow tint in acouple of days really pleased. Staff are always helpful and good with advice to help with the products and cheerful

I have had Lvl a few times precious and been fortunate enough to receive good results, however after Molly did my LVL treatment in the most professional way, in quick and efficient time, I have to say the results are better than any other, the lift is outstanding, gives my eyes a real pop. Molly explained the aftercare in great detail and knowledge and also advising about a lash serum to keep the hold as long as, highly recommend the salon, girls and Molly.

Amazing treatment as usual and always made to feel special. Gutted this was my last treatment with Andrea x

Had a hot lave shell massage and Sarah Ann is so attention to detail. Always asks me before massage how I am and how I would like the treatment. Never had such an amazing treatment. My only complaint is I don't want it to end!!! Looking forward to my next one x

Apprentice? You’d never guess. The service from Molly was perfect. Hadn’t had my legs waxed in a while but very quick and easy and legs are now summer ready. Thank you Molly!

It’s been a while since I’ve been to Castle Brom as I usually go to Coleshill but perfect service and lovely nails by Andrea. Also had the perfect cuppa!

So had CACI with Emma to usual great standard but the stand out for the day was Laura who multi tasked getting me ready for my Pedi while her other ladies Shellac was drying. Then helping the lady to manoeuvre the steps when she left the salon. It's not all about treatments it's also about how you are cared for and Laura deserves 10/10.
