Had one of my facials today, nice and relaxing back on Monday for warm stones massage. Well you have to spoil yourself. Lovely salon great therapists and front of house staff always a welcoming smile

Warm and lovely welcome! Everyone was so lovely and welcoming, lovely friendly environment and atmosphere. It was my first time getting my nails done at this salon and I’m definitely going to be a regular! They look amazing and Nicole is a sweetheart!

I've wanted an indian Head Massage for ages and finally treated myself tonight! Nicole was amazing (as usual) Best 45 minutes spent. Ive had massages over the years but this was by far the best! Recommend to everyone to try. Thanks Nicole ♥️ Defo booking another one soon.

I always go to essentials as first choice for getting my eyebrows shaped, Laura is delightful and friendly, can easily talk to her comfortably and does a great and an efficient job with waxing my eyebrows, always clean and perfect, never been happier with how they luck!

This was my first time at Coleshill Salon and it was fantastic , really welcoming staff and friendly atmosphere. Amy was very friendly and professional, she explained the facial and procedure . During the facial she explained what she was doing and asked if I was ok and enjoying it and we chatted easily in general, she really puts you at ease . Can’t wait to revisit and will recommend to friends and family .

Had my nails & pedicure / eyebrow wax , once again excellent service by Andrea felt really pampered and relax in such lovely surroundings and a nice cup of Latte, nails are perfect eyebrow shape great thank you .

Needed eyebrow shape and tint at my favourite salon and guess what they were giving out cake for Tina's birthday xxx

I always feel great after having my CACI Treatment. This time I purchased the eye mask to use at home as I’m away for the weekend. Laura said to make sure I used the excess serum which I did and OMG, what a difference with my eyes, face, neck , chest and even hands!!
