I see Nicole every month for my maintenance CACI at Castle Bromwich she always delivers an outstanding service. The room is always well prepared and warm with a soft comfy blanket on top of the towels. It is such a lovely relaxing experience and one which I look forward to every month. Nicole always makes me feel welcomed and relaxed and always let's me catch up on some much needed rest particularly when I see her after my night shifts ???? xxxx

A friendly & professional atmosphere every time I visit. Nothing is ever too much for the girls, they are always happy to help and to advice you on treatments and products. Wouldn’t go anywhere else :)

Laura is always happy and cheerful and full of knowledge regarding different treatments within the salon. She always does shellac on my nails and they are perfect, Totally recommend

Amy is always very precise and accurate with my shellac and she is very friendly with a good sense of humour. I always look forward to having my nails done.xx

I visit Amy every month to work on tension in my shoulders and back. She has magic hands and I always feel relaxed and de-stressed after each session. I can’t rate her highly enough.

I have had a fungal problem with my big toe nails so not a lot of nail to play with for my pedicure and shellac upgrade but Charlie did a fabulous job so pleased. Can now wear my summer sandals.

Great idea to have the Mother’s Day packages. My daughter bought me one, so I had 2 treatments with Andrea. A lovely experience, always puts me at ease and very friendly .

I love my visits to the salon Nicole is very patient with me as I’m a nightmare when it comes to choosing what colour I want. We have a good old natter while she works her magic. I’m never disappointed so thankyou Nicole see you next time ????

I had a full body massage. I went to see Amy, straight from work, so a little stressed! After the massage I felt so relaxed, the tension had gone. I already have my next massage booked!

Andrea is always friendly and welcoming and is on hand to offer advice on skincare when requested. I couldn’t go anywhere else now. I struggle when Andrea is off as I believe only one other therapist does threading.
