I regularly have a wax appointment every 4 weeks and I am never dissaponted with the results. Emma is always gentle and makes you feel comfortable but at the same time thourough and efficient.

Nails were fine, the gap from the nail to the cuticle bothers me slightly as they look grown out already!

Could not fault Nicole's spray tan. I went on holiday to Dubai with a beautiful brown glow. I was so impressed with how natural it looked. No patches or streaks, and it still looks lovely a week later. Will certainly be using Essentials salon again, very friendly staff and a beautiful salon. Nicole was very professional and provided a fantastic service. (Loved how simple and easy it was to book online too) thank you!

Have been a client at The Essentials for a number of years but this was my first visit to the new Castle Bromwich salon. Very pleased with my lovely Shellac nails and eyebrow shape by Sarah. The new salon is so bright and welcoming. A lovely relaxed atmosphere.

Perfect shellac manicure done by Sarah, went in salon not feeling myself, came out feeling much better, thank you girls x

Lovely salon and all the staff are friendly. The other day I had shellac on my hands by Andrea, very pleased! Shellac normally lasts up to 3 weeks for me without chipping so it’s a total lifesaver

Excellent service today, it was my first time at this salon. I arrived earlier than my appointment and Laura started my nails almost straight away. Very pleased with the end result, love the length and colour. Very high standard!! My eye brow tint and Shape are great too. Will definitely be coming back again.

Treated myself to this as a xmas present and cashed it in Monday. Nicole has the warmest hands which was perfect. The lemon oil she used on me smelt divine. The knots in my shoulders were released. Felt like a weight had been lifted from me. Looking forward to booking more.
