Had a fantastic neck, back and shoulder massage from Amy. I suffer with anxiety and get very tight should we and neck muscles, which causes lots of pain. The massage was just what i needed and helped a lot. Lovely salon, friendly staff. Highly recommend

Professional helpful service from the minute you walk into this salon. I visited Coleshill and was greeted by the receptionist Angela who was so friendly she offered me a drink while I waited no more than 5 minutes. Emma
who did my nails was both friendly and professional as she offered me advise on colours, shapes and also aftercare without the hard sell! Thank you to you lovely ladies for a very relaxed pleasant visit The salon itself is very welcoming clean, bright and airy space with treatment rooms at the back, all of which are kept to a very high standard.
I even watched Laura one of the members of staff go outside to help a customer into the salon that had arrived with a walking frame fabulous service...well done! I will be returning in 2 weeks to do it all again!

Very happy with my nails. Was also lovely to see Sadie again. Even though I hadn’t seen her for at least a year, she remembered me and things have I told her. Which was lovely. Even though I went late (19:15) the service was still fantastic. The effort put in was 110% so pleased with my nails. Thank you.

I have been a regular at essentials for quite a while now and love everything about both salons, all of the therapists are lovely the atmosphere is always great and I really would never think of going anywhere else now. But today wasn’t a treatment for me it was a manicure for my mom in law and she loved it Amy was so kind and her nails look gorgeous thank you x

I have used the Coleshill branch since it opened and have always been pleased with the service. Today I had a new treatment LVL lashes, I was nervous but Amy was very professional and put me at ease. I am so happy with my new lashes I will definitely have them done again.
