I can’t recommend The Essentials Coleshill enough. A warm friendly salon where you will feel completely at ease. Laura always does a fantastic job of my nails & will offer advice on colours & shape. She always takes the time to ensure they are exactly how I want them & I am happy. A really lovely salon with exceptional staff.

Visited the salon for the first time today, 29th March 2018, and it had a lovley friendly atmosphere. I asked lots of different questions about different treatments and was advised honestly and professionally. Definitely will be going back

I only use The Essentials. Fantastic team, I have never been disappointed in all the treatments I have had; waxing, facials, CASI, and massage. Just a lovely environment and great value.

I've never been a big fan of going to the hairdressers and have never EVER been happy with a hair cut straight away but that all changed today with Marie . She was very understanding and listened to what I wanted and delivered it 100% in a very friendly and professional way. I loved my hair as soon as she had finished and don't feel the need to have to get used to it to like it . I will definitely be coming back to see Marie time and time again . DO NOT LET HER GO !!!!

I visisted the Castle Bromwich salon today, for a caci facial and jowl lift. Emma was my therapist for today’s treatment. On entering the salon all of the staff always greet you and ask how you are. The whole atmosphere is very welcoming and there is always someone to speak to about products or treatments. Emma had explained to me before , about the treatment I was having and made sure I was comfortable before she began. My facial lasted over an hour , I felt completely relaxed at all times and my skin felt much firmer and contoured afterwards. I will definitely be going back for more. Thank you to the ladies at both salons and to Emma for the amazing customer service you deliver, and for all your hard work ensuring we all look amazing ????????

OMG I love this treatment you cone out and your eyes feel so so refreshed. This is the second time I have had it done and was equally if not better thsn the first. Andrea attrnded to me both times and is such a lovely girl - as they all are here - and instantly makes you feel relaxed.

Had a body wrap on what was a very cold day. The salon was warm and welcoming, so were the girls. The treatment was really nice and relaxing and including a warm blanket which on a snowy day was heaven. I visit this salon on a regular basis and would not go anywhere else.

I had my nails done again today by the lovely Andrea. I gave her something easy to do today as usually my requests are a bit more artistic, and just as always, Andrea painted my nails perfectly for me. Very artistic is Andrea. Love coming to both salons, the ladies are always professional and helpful. They know their clients and cater to my artistic needs perfectly. Looking forward to wedding nail art May.

Absolutely brilliant. Sadie is such a lovely girls who makes you feel so at ease (as do all the girls at both salons). Nothing is too much trouble and she goes the extra mile for me as I have arthritis so can be difficult for me to lift feet etc. Sadie always makes sure I am comfortable.

I bought a robo voucher for this at Christmas. The treatment was amazing and felt so relaxed when I came out. Nicole was brilliant - lovely girl as they all are at The Essentials. Been using them for a while and will continue to do so.

Had a fabulous spray tan with exfoliation today...I’m a larger lady but was made to feel so relaxed and comfortable. Lovely results and will definitely visit the salon again and again .
