It was a strange experience but well worth it makes you feel so clean and tidy

The treatments are always of a high standard and the girls are always so nice. You have a good chat and a giggle and i never want to leave.

The whole experience was just lovely. A very nice place with a relaxed atmosphere, and you chat with everyone here & there, staff & customers. The appointment you go for is always spot on & professional, but with that personal touch. You go girls, you're all fabulous.

A really lovely salon with A* costumer service, from beginning to the end the service was fantastic. I love my eye lashes, thank you.

I have been visiting Essentials for over 11 years. In that time I have never received anything less than amazing service. The girls are all truly friendly and always shown a genuine interest in making conversation whilst carrying out the treatment. Really can't fault the service, treatment or team at all. I've lived across the UK and wherever possible have managed to continue attending my appointments. On the odd occasion that I've had to use another salon the overall experience really hasn't compared. Lovely salon.

Been here a couple of times now for waxing and also an eyelash tint, the ladies are very friendly and welcoming but also professional, and the treatments seem good value in comparison to other local places too.

Nicole did a great job on my Disney themed nails today. I wasn't sure what to do so she tested some colours and ideas beforehand. She's fab

Fantastic salon for all beauty requirements. Lovely, friendly atmosphere where nothing is too much trouble. Great products too. You won't find such a super salon as Essentials for miles...

First time customer. Had a badly split nail but Laura managed to repair & hide the damage really well. Very happy with result of nails & eyebrows.

Never used Essentials before, easy to book and find. Booked in with Amy for a manicure and pedicure with upgrade for shellac nails. Lots of lovely colours to chose from. Amy was fantastic and the rest of the team very friendly. Great way to relax and I was very pleased with the results. Still look fab after 2 weeks. Definitely worth a visit and I will be back.

Sadie is very friendly and welcoming, nails for my wedding are beautiful. Will definitely be back again for more than my nails.

2nd experience with these lashes. Love the results.

I normally go to the castle brom branch but i couldn't get in so I went to coleshil I had Amy do my Hollywood bikini wax. She's so chatty and upbeat even after a long day and did a great job. The whole team make you feel welcome and comfortable

If you have stressed back and shoulders then Sadie is the go to girl. I've had many back massages from many therapists and Sadie is amazing. I've already booked my next session!

First time at Coleshill and I was extremely impressed- not that it should come as a shock to find Essential 2 would be as lovely as Essentials the original!! Two of us had shellac treatments and then massages, as a birthday treat. The staff were delightful, friendly, and efficient. The salon is beautifully done out and fresh, clean and welcoming. We both left fully relaxed and looking for a place for a cocktail and an afternoon nap to carry on the good vibes. Thank you for a chilled out few hours in lovely company. ?

Andrea was so lovely she made me feel comfortable as I was a little nervous being my first time. I would definitely go again and have more treatments. Andrea was also great to give me some helpful advice and some free samples to test on my skin. Thank you for a lovely relaxing treatment.
