Laura did a fab job refilling my calgel nails today. She was so thorough and I was really impressed with her attention to detail. I'm delighted with the service I received today and love my new nails!

Having booked the advanced
Sculpt and lift facial I was not disappointed. The therapist was very friendly and explained the process and products . The back massage was wonderful and all stresses and strains melted away , the facial itself was absolute bliss finishing with an arm and hand massage . All the products smelled beautiful and it was a very relaxed unhurried treatment . Would recommend this salon and the treatment , my skin felt wonderful afterwards and positively glowed .So impressed I booked my next treatment immediately so looking forward to my next visit in February . Salon is very welcoming as are all the staff .

Amy always changes my massage to suit my need. Tonight I really needed a deep tissue massage to sort my back out and that’s exactly what she did. Cannot recommend her enough. All the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Had LVL lashes done which are fab no mascara needed for my holiday. Very relaxed treatment, friendly atmosphete as alwsys. Thank you Sadie

I love going to this Salon and it's sister-salon in Castle Brimwich. The staff are all lovely and can't do enough for you, the service and value for money is excellent too.
I've had a variety of treatments and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I have been going to Essentials for a while now, Emma normally does my nails and I am always thrilled with them, but all of the therapists are good, I have also had other treatments which have always surpassed my expectations, I just love going to the salon the atmosphere is always upbeat and lively but professional at the same time

Sadie is down to earth, refreshing and so easy to be around that it always makes my experience at Essentials so good. I have been to emma now several times for waxing- leg and Brazilian both with strip and Lycon. I'm not great with the pain of waxing but emma is so professional and really puts you at ease. I have been to both Coleshill and castle Bromwich and both salons are clean and have a welcoming atmosphere.

Nicole recommended a classic application and it was just perfect. Looked very natural and even, far better than any real tan I've had! Still going strong and fading slowly and evenly 4 days later. I would definitely recommend.

I surprised Emma today by having my Christmas nails done early and as always they were totally amazing!! All designs were drawn free hand and they are outstanding. I love them! Emma is a perfectionist and takes so much pride in her work. I highly recommend her for any arty nails, sorry Emma lol but you really are Brilliant! Thank you so very much ?
