I had the absolute pleasure today, of spending an afternoon with the lovely Emma at Essentials Coleshill. Finger nails painted, toe nails to match and then the closest thing to heaven i know, was the collagen plump and lift facial, which carried me away into a deep and relaxing dream like state, only thing that kept me concious was my fear of snoring.
The staff at both the Coleshill and Castle Bromwich Salons are second to none. In both places there is an easy friendly atmosphere and every member of both teams are extremly attentive. I will certainly be back for more.

I visited Essentials Castle Brom today. I have wanted to try LVL on my lashes for a while. I was a little nervous as had problems with false lashes before, and dint think I had enough of my own to make a difference. Amy did my treatment and was brilliant. I was completely relaxed the whole time, almost falling asleep. The finished look far exceeds what I thought it would and they look awesome. No mascara for me for a while !!! Thank you Amy your a little gem xx

Amy was efficient and professional while undertaking my pedicure. My feet now look fantastic and ready for the beach.

As always had my holiday nails done by Emma. They are once again looking sassy and sparkly. I love coming back to the Essentials as I know I will get the best treatment whether it be nails or something else. I'm looking forward to my next visit Thursday. Neck,shoulders and back massage by Nicole. Just what I needed after a hard week at work. Nicole expertly massaged my aches away. Very relaxing too.

Very nice treatment, skin felt very refreshed and clean. Disappointed that the scalp, neck and shoulder massage wasn't performed as it was listed to be a part of this treatment, and would have helped to distract the drying time of the face mask. Without the massage this treatment felt quite expensive.
Nicole was lovely, explained the treatment fully before hand and good advice given for aftercare X

On the whole lovley facial, however could hear people outside at different points of the treatment meaning I couldn't relax as much.

I have never had a facial before but Megan at Essentials soon put me at ease. She recommended a Decleor Aromessence facial and it was amazing. As well as a facial there was a back, neck, arm and hand massage which was so relaxing. The products used smelt beautiful and hours later my skin still feels soft and supple. I can't wait to go again.

I've had massages from some of the most expensive and renowned spas in the UK but I can honestly say that the massage I received today was of a better standard! I felt thoroughly relaxed, the products were high quality and the staff very friendly. 5 stars. Can't wait for my next treatment!

I always book for my pre-holiday wax and the staff are always friendly and make you feel relaxed. Even if you're about to have various waxing treatments.

I love this place! It's always so friendly, the treatments are excellent value and the staff are all equally talented. I have been to other salons and had my nails done but these are the best in terns of how long they last. I love the whole experience in the salon, now I've never actually watched loose women but I know the concept of the show and it has that feel in Essentials! Everyone joins in the conversation and has a view and I never want to leave! I always come away thinking I must go back there more often! Great salon, fantastic staff and great value!

Facial with Megan wonderful, unfortunately she was unable to do my eyebrows very disappointed the girl took all of 5mins uneven and tint a mess,will return but I shall book with Megan or Amy

Yesterday was my first caci non-surgical face lift and my skin already looks and feels so much better! I have booked a course of 10 and am really looking forward to seeing more in my skin. The therapists are extremely helpful and knowledgable. They recommended this facial for my skin type and they were spot on. I would never go anywhere else for treatments...5 star service everytime
