I have been going to Essentials for a while now, Emma normally does my nails and I am always thrilled with them, but all of the therapists are good, I have also had other treatments which have always surpassed my expectations, I just love going to the salon the atmosphere is always upbeat and lively but professional at the same time

I love my Christmas nails that Emma did for me today, just as I always love every treatment and service I receive from any of the girls at Essentials! Thanks everyone, have a lovely Christmas!

Sadie is down to earth, refreshing and so easy to be around that it always makes my experience at Essentials so good. I come out with a smile on my face and the treatments are always 5 star and exactly what I ask for. Sadie and the whole team are always so welcoming and chatty - there's nothing to fault!

I have been to emma now several times for waxing- leg and Brazilian both with strip and Lycon. I'm not great with the pain of waxing but emma is so professional and really puts you at ease. I have been to both Coleshill and castle Bromwich and both salons are clean and have a welcoming atmosphere.

Nicole recommended a classic application and it was just perfect. Looked very natural and even, far better than any real tan I've had! Still going strong and fading slowly and evenly 4 days later. I would definitely recommend.

I surprised Emma today by having my Christmas nails done early and as always they were totally amazing!! All designs were drawn free hand and they are outstanding. I love them! Emma is a perfectionist and takes so much pride in her work. I highly recommend her for any arty nails, sorry Emma lol but you really are Brilliant! Thank you so very much ?
