The Essentials Beauty Salon

Having found a last minute child-free hour to myself I managed to get an appointment for a full body massage at very short notice. I was not disappointed. I received a very warm welcome followed by a massage in a lovely, cosy room where the pressure was just perfect. Thank you!

I have never had a Hollywood until today and found the experience not as bad as I thought the lady I was with was very good and made me feel completely at ease

Been in today to have my nails done and was very disappointed when the colour I wanted wasn't available for me to have. Glad to say though Sadie sorted me out and sent me away a happy bunny

Fab salon, enjoyed chilling out with a coffee getting pampered. Lovely staff, nice friendly atmosphere. Loads of choices for nail colours and very happy with the result. Next visit already booked ????

Went to the new Coleshill salon, which is lovely. My treatment was amazing and as ever the staff were so friendly. Have booked to go back again. Love visiting. Emma was fabulous.

I have just had my nails done at the newly opened Coleshill salon and as usual I am thrilled to bits Emma has outdone herself. Everytime I go into set her a challenge and I am always amazed at how she copes with my requests. Her skills are amazing and she never gets fazed by my outrageous design requests. I would highly recommend this team to one and all. I am already planning my Christmas nail designs for them to work on. Thank you ladies.

Have been using this salon for a while now and wouldn't go anywhere else, I even travel 20 mins to get there! I always have my treatments done by Sadie and she is absolutely fabulous! Friendly, professional and all around amazing! She always makes me feel at home and comfortable (even when I was 9 months pregnant!) would recommend to anyone!

I normally go to the Castle Bromwich salon but Sadie was working in Coleshill today so as she is so fantastic with the treatments, I booked my appointment there. The new salon is lovely, very modern and also easily accessible. The treatments I had were top class as always, but I also treated myself to the LVL treatment for lashes. It is fantastic, love the results and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Sadie I trusted you and you delivered!! Would never go anywhere else.

The massage & facial was wonderful I drifted completely away.the only thing I would say is I could have done with another Towell or blanket to keep me warm while I was having my facial

Went to the Coleshill salon of Essentials yesterday for pedicure and shellac on Toes, usual great service, lovely atmosphere and today went to Castle Brom for Crystal Clear and Caci, going back on Saturday for a body wrap. Lovely treatments, great staff would not go anywhere else

Absolutely love coming to the essentials lovely place staff are always friendly and actually interested in having a chat with you instead of just getting on with the task like most places. Lovely atmosphere will never go anywhere else again.

I had an apt this afternoon with Kerry at Coleshill to have shellac nails and an eyebrow wax done and she was lovely as are all the staff at essentials Coleshill and Castle Brom.
I have been using the salon for years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. All the staff do an amazing job welcoming and looking after you on a visit and treatments are always fabulous and very professional.
Cannot sing their praises high enough! Always a lovely experience!

My mom and I had our nails shellaced for the first time, we had helpful and friendly advice when chosing our nail colours. We also received a removal kit in case we didnt like the colour. We'll book again soon!

Ive been using this beauty salon for around 10 years after trying various salons for a few years before this and being very dissapointed with previous salons results. They are very professional and ive always been very happy with all the services offered, I'd never go anywhere else now

I highly recommend The Essentials Beauty Salon. Staff are friendly and the Salon is warm and inviting. I had the back, neck and shoulder massage today and have already booked another one as it has really helped loosen my shoulder.

Being new to the area I was looking for a salon that offered everything I needed and I have found it. A beautifully decorated and calming salon with a great friendly team, reasonable prices delivered with great customer service.

I've been twice now and had shellac nails and an eyebrow wax. The staff are all very friendly and I'm extremely pleased with the treatments I had... Just can't wait to try a massage or facial.

As always excellent service, great conversations.

Enjoyed the pedicure but was disappointed that she did not take any of the hard skin off my feet.

All members of staff here are very friendly. Always smiling. Lovely service. My treatment was LVL enhance. So happy with my results. Took one hour to complete, but was worth it. And I was made to feel very comfortable the whole time.

My first facial with essentials, it was wonderful and I had a fabulous back massage. I was thoroughly relaxed a lovely experience. I will definitely be booking another one and recommending a facial to my daughter.
