Very satisfied with my treatment today. Was booked with a different beautician this time but wasn’t disappointed at all. Emma was lovely, my eyebrows were lovely and she gave me advice on looking after my brows. I’ve booked in advance with Emma to guarantee a booking because they are so busy.

I was nervous about my first time eyebrow tint appointment but Charlotte was lovely she made me feel comfortable and listened and explained step by step what she would be doing. She advised me on shaping and colour and recommended a serum to promote growth because I had over plucked my eyebrows. The outcome was amazing so happy and will definitely be going back again. It was my first time having gel removal and reapplication with Safia. She took lots of care with the preparation of my nails before reapplying the new polish and I have been left with a fabulous high class gel manicure with an excellent finish. Thank you Safia.
I also received excellent expert advice from Sarah-Ann regarding CACI facials and fantastic customer service from Rachel. Cannot recommend this salon and all the therapists and support staff highly enough. Their customer service, care, empathy and attention to detail are second to none.

Amazing treatment yet again from this lovely lady. Personable and professional and takes extra care with you. Brilliant treatment experience as always. Receptionist lady however not so much. Not the younger light blonde haired lady but the receptionist who has come over from Coleshill. Having worked in Customer service for years, today’s experience re communication left much to be desired. Thank heavens all the girls with Em are amazing and treatments spot on all round. After years of coming, they are the reason I choose to return. X

I wanted to address your comments about your experience at reception. Our senior salon assistant Rachael was following the procedure that I have put in place, when she asked to see your promotional text that you received from us for your birthday.
If any client has received a message, email, gift voucher or any other promotional item we always ask to see it ,to check that it is being processed correctly for the benefit of the client as well as the salon. If you felt that your integrity was being questioned, this is not the intention and please understand that we simply have protocols that I ask my staff to follow with all of our clients.
