This was my first time back to the Toni and Guy salon after around 8 years. I had my hair cut by Pam, who was down to earth and friendly. She was patient and gave me lots of advice about my hair, and her experience shone through. I am really happy with the end result! I have had a number of compliments and will definitely be using this salon again. Prices are reasonable too in comparison with the 4 other high end salons I have been using in the last 8 years, and I have to be honest, this is the best hair cut I have had! Thanks Pam!

I had my hair coloured today after a year and I decided to go for the same colour I had a year ago because it faded really nicely. I really wanted Jim again as he was amazing so attentive and lovely love his choice of colour and the professionalism. Also loved vicky who answered my call initially and was really understanding from the booking process all the way to styling my hair with the beautiful curls. I called Tony n guy in mailbox before this appointment to see if they had any availability and the lady who answered kept putting me on hold on every question I asked about price or style and just didn't have a clue compared to Vicky who was so informative and polite. I came in to get my skin patch test and she even knew it was me as she remembered my voice that's attention to detail. Jim and Vicky were so smiley and bubbly and really made me feel comfortable always recommended Tony and guy in Birmingham but will do even more so now with the exceptional customer service and care I received today. Both are a credit to the company :) now I can enjoy my birthday with a nice fresh colour.

Lauren and all your other staff are all amazing. My only complaint today was the paper bag for my sea salt spray broke and it fell out and rolled away. I am disabled and so this caused me a lot of trouble and now my sea salt is covered in mud and dirt!

Excellent service. Emmet was lovely. Expect 3 days of flat greasy hair after treatment but now washed it still has volume and is so much smoother and easier to handle. A bit expensive at £140 but if this lasts will definitely be returning for another treatment.
