Specifically said i didn't like my bob short at back and longer at front. Actually said to het last time i had it done the hairdresser did that so i cut the front bits off myself to make it more level. Washed it today and have longer front again. Also, ***** was very cold, she didn't converse with me and i wouldn't go to your salon again. Not a good experience. Not worth the money. Big brand but poor quality.

Really brilliant. New customer to the salon and Casper was rhe consummate professional. Warm and friendly so put me at my ease straight away. Very consultative all the way through as had quite a drastic change haircut and wanted to ensure I was happy. Will definitely be using as my regular salon from now on.

I had went in for a Blow dry and style, explained to ***** what I would like.
It was to have loose curls not tight. And volume on the front. He had my front so flat and waves at the back and put so much hair spray that my hair went so dry and hard. He said my hair will stay like this till the evening. But by the time I went home my hair opened. Very disappointed as pointless me going and wasting £36
