Fantastic experience at T&G with the lovely Pam. Who was so welcoming, friendly and knew exactly what I wanted! I had a lot of my hair cut today, Pam worked wonders and styled it beautifully with volume just now I love it, the cut is fab, a lot of compliments already ! Can not wait to go back again to B’ham T&G - Pam is a brilliant stylist, can’t wait to go back again for my next hair cut and colour too! Unfortunately I am extremely disappointed. On the advice of ***** who cuts my hair I asked for a balayage. When it was being blow dried I expressed concern that one side was lighter than the other. ***** did the colour again to make the sides match. This was disappointing because I had to get back to my 2 year old and 4 year old so had limited time. Although when done both sides matched, it did not look like the balayage images I had seen and instead looks like highlights with an inch of bad roots. For £90 I am extremely upset given that I was so looking forward to it.

Well Jim had a mission impossible on his hands with me as i was vibrant red but wanted to go blonde. It has taken a whole work day but Jim has done a fantastic job and everyone in the salon complimented me on my transformation. The staff are all so friendly and kind. Jim did my hair; now not only is he amazing and just unreal at what he does but he is also one of the loveliest hairdressers I have ever come across. I trusted him with my hair and went from 100 shades of orange and yellow to now what is my beautifully blended hair. I couldn’t be happier and that is thanks to him and I will definitely only ever stick to this salon from now x

This is a great salon, Jim is an amazing colourist and Sonia did a great cut on my hair. Everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere in the salon is welcoming and relaxing .
