I found my experience amazing!! Everyone was so nice, the person who washed my hair gave the best head massage EVER! ,

Really bad customer care

I paid a lot of money for a service I did not receive. I disliked my hair when I left the salon but was told to come back in if I was still unhappy. You could see the employees were really busy due to the xmas period so did not have time to correct my hair. However I had to return which was inconvenient for the colour be corrected and was asked to again return to correct the cut. I did not bother returning again as this was inconvient for myself to keep returning on severa occasions so overall was left unhappy with my experience and the unfinished result. How the situation was managed was was unacceptable and unprofessional as instead of me finding it difficult to keep returning due to work commitments, i should have been compensated for the hastle and not getting what I desired the first time around . I am unlikely to be a returning customer due to bad customer service and management .
