Came for my 2nd visit after I was so happy with the 1st cut. I was a bit apprehensive about what style i went for though Chaice was very patient and is lovely to speak too and she reassurred me about the cut and I have to say she is right again...when i got home and had a proper look I was very very pleased. Thankyou Chaice and its a really busy time for hairdressers with everyone wanting to look extra beautiful for the festive season so a massive thankyou. Love Cinderella ?y

Chaice was my stylist and she did such an amazing cut and style on my grown out frizz. After a series of bad bleach jobs my long lush locks have never felt any better. Absolutly reccommend !

Jim is the best! Nothing is too much trouble for him and he always make my hair look beautiful!

Amelia was lovely, she made me feel at ease, I felt that she understood what I wanted (to be able to wear my hair in its natural curly state, and to feel young and fresh) and confident that she knew what she was doing. She cut my hair confidently. When she came to dry it, she blast dried it first, then she just pulled my hair down with the brush, taking away any volume to my already fine flat hair. She then curled it with the straightening irons. She put a total of 4 products in my hair, it felt like a wig and had no natural movement. When I got home, I couldn’t wait to wash it, so it felt like hair again.
I am not surprised that she dried it so flat...I left it to dry naturally this morning, and it’s shrunk up so short that I look like a muppet - definitely not what I wanted!

I went to my appointment which I booked online, I asked the stylist to trim the ends and not take much of the length off. Because my hair is naturally curly I didn’t want short layers however the layer are at chin level. Not a plesent experience at all, no one spoke to me the whole time I was there. My boyfriend treated me to get my hair done for my birthday and I left as an unhappy customer not what you expect when you’ve been going to this salon for years.

I feel so sad that I want to toner the pink color at first, but I got dark and deep red.... makes me look reallyyyy old like my mum.??? I want my origin light pink!!! Ruin my beautiful light color.

I was pretty dubious when I went to Lauren with my hair. Too many times I had stylist unable to deal with it cos it's too thick/ too frizzy/ too curly but she put me at ease. Listened to all my ramblings and my hair cut was amazing after!!

After the cut she mentioned the NK treatment as I normally blow dry my hair straight. Given that I had attempted it once and it didn't work I wasn't confident. She sent me away with websites to look at before making a decision.

Now a week after my treatment and after my attempt at blow dry on my own I am so happy. Usually it takes me 2hrs to blow dry and straighten my hair. I finished it yesterday in under an hour. Yay for more sleeping in times in the morning. Thanks Lauren

Matt was so nice and very comforting throughout the whole thing. I have pretty dark and thick hair; never dyed before. Too many times I would attend a counsultation and chicken out. Matt made me feel so at ease and also the colour I ended up with was beyond my expectations. I asked for it to be subtle and what I got was an understated statement in class. So so so happy with my warm brunette balyage.

Rude receptionist. The hairdresser was polite but not the hair cut I wanted. I need to correct it.

One of the best experiences getting my hair dyed / cut . Made me feel really comfortable and happy with what I was having done. Helped me loads with picking style, cut etc as I was a bit hopeless with choosing what I wanted! I never usually come away so happy from a hairdressers so I’m really pleased with the result!! thankyou so much !

As always a fantastic experience. Chaice is pleasant always makes the visit a happy one and cuts my hair perfectly. Also all other staff I meet are really pleasant and approachable.

I had an appointment booked for the 7th October with a trainee Vicky,I explained everything that I wanted done and showed her a picture of how I wanted it,I wanted a block colour all over with a few light highlights I did say more of a caramel than a blonde which I showed her in the picture,I asked to see the colour book which she never showed me,my hair was waist length and I did agree it needed a good cut but I also explained that because it's naturally curly I still needed it long because it bounces up,I agreed to having between 4/5 inches cut off,she done the colour and cut I repeated not to cut too much off I also said I don't have any layers at the back just a sharp cut straight across the back then a slight graduation to the sides,she cut the back but chipped into it,she then blow dried it and it did look really nice and I was very pleased with it but I never expected to be in there for 6 hours.Once she has blow dried my hair it did look long but after washing and drying it myself the next day I was very upset as it is far too short just slightly past my shoulders at least 12 inches has been cut off it's also different lengths and the caramel highlights are not really even,I know I booked in with a trainee but I did expect a fully qualified person to check the cut.The staff were very friendly and welcoming,I have a appointment early November to have a toner put on and I will be raising my concerns on the day.

Really fabulous service and great company, I had Jim who worked his colour magic and gave me bright blondes instead of brasssy tones, he transformed me just in time for my 21st birthday and am very thankful x

After years of home dying - I get nervous about going to the hairdressers. So nervous I’ve not actually been for over 3 years. I wanted a totally new look. From the second I walked in I felt comfortable and at ease. I didn’t feel judged and conversations were easy - not forced. My hair looks amazing, I cannot thank the team enough. I will defiantly be going back!!

I had not been to this salon before but l as l was having an expensive treatment l wanted to go to a reputable salon. Booking the appointment was simple and l was given an appointment the next day... staff were friendly and the member of staff who did the treatment was both helpful and knowledgeable about how it worked giving plenty of advice on aftercare. I took a drink with me but was offered refreshments throughout my visit... The salon wasn’t too noisy either, unlike some where l feel lm sitting in a nightclub... All in all happy with my experience and will go again!

I wanted to go lighter but he explained i can't will have to cleanse it first
I said ok do it then he goes sorry don't have time u could go darker it will be light brown on ur hair. I agreed but after colour it wasn't light brown it was my natural colour dark brown. So disappointed paid £52 for nothing :(

Kirsty and Lauren are absolutely lovely to deal with. They always remember what we weee talking about on the last visit as well as being professional and brilliant, offering suggestions only when asked for. My visits to the hairdressers are a relaxing pleasure.

I went to this salon about a week ago and I received such a blunt rude feeling as soon as I walked into the salon I wasn’t treated or greated properly and I was rushed along and not funn care was taken of my hair I really didn’t appreciate the service I received

Done a great cut, and discussed a possibility for a future change to suit me....not only great at styling, chase, like most other staff who I have come in contact with are so lovely, friendly and make you feel welcome! (especially the new lass who washed my hair, unfortunately I never took her name,I think she only started there recently, but she was so polite, friendly and confident! Will definitely be back again!!! ???

Always a pleasure to have my hair cut my cat. She's friendly, listens to my needs and it's my hair to perfection!!...

Also the place is clean...every is always friendly and have a good sense of humour!
