It was my second time with this hairdresser. Last time I explained that I'm a professional and did not want it cut too short. Last time it was Ok, slightly shorter on the back than I'm used to, and far too much product, but otherwise ok. This time it is far too short. I even have a bald patch above my right ear where I think she went crazy with the trimmers. I'm so disappointed and unhappy... I can't bear to look at it. I will never go back to Toni and Guy. If all they know how to do is super short and stupid fashion stuff then it's not for me.

It’s always a little daunting walking into a new saloon however I was made to feel very welcome. All members were happy and engaging.
My stylist Chaice was fantastic and super cool! So happy with my hair cut, she updated my standard look and it has revitalised me! Thank you so much :) will be returning

My stylist had left and I wasn't sure if the "replacement" would understand my hair. Lorna, the Art Director was lovely. She put me at ease and was so kind and gentle to talk to. My hair cut was great and so was the experience.

I trust Matt with my hair and he never disappoints!

First of all a very junior member of staff stood in front of me, didn't say hello, just asked for my jacket, left. Then she was obviously told to take me up so that message was delivered in the same ubruptive tone. I was not offered any drink, I had to ask the sylist twice for a coffee!! Which was pretty poor. No extra treatments were discussed during the appointment and generally the cut was pretty average. Don't think I'd go back. I would have expected more from a national chain that generally has a good name in the market.

Just amazing! Probably spelling her name wrong, but Lauren is just amazing, she listens to you, she really makes the whole experience amazing, genuinely all round perfect. She did a great job with my hair. I would recommended her to all. The staff are very friendly at the salon. Well worth a visit!!!

Chaice is absolutely fantastic, always pleased with my hair and she takes time to make sure it is perfect.

The young lady who greeted me when I walked in, is welcoming & good humoured (apologies as I didn't catch her name). Jessica cut & blowdried my hair - she's friendly & did a great job with my neglected tresses. I shall return. Thank you, Jessica :)

First time ever at a toni and guy salon, I have been to all types and paid all types of prices, but this was by far the best salon team ever. Matt is incredibly talented at hair!! He did exactly what I wanted but even better if that's even possible! I absolutely love my colour and have finally found that one hairdresser I'll keep forever! And Amelia is super talented too! She keeps the latest trends in while also listening to our concerns. Had an amazing time and I'll defo be returning, thank you guys xx

I've really enjoyed my experience at Toni & Guy. I've been going to the Birmingham store for 2.5 years and I can't complain about the service. The only negative is the overall cost but you are paying for Toni & Guy quality. I've watched people come and go at the Salon and it has been a shame that some of those people have gone. Overall I would recommend the salon so chuffed after 13 years of the same hair colour I finally found someone that was willing to change it !

Brilliant service, very friendly staff and I absolutely love Allan. He is a magician with his hands. For almost 30 years I just couldn't find anyone who would be able to cut and style my hair the way I wanted them. Wouldn't go anywhere else now that I found someone
