I've always been a little "freaked out" when walking into a hair salon knowing in the back of my mind that I want a different style of hair BUT I KNOW I'm going to walk out of the salon looking not different but probably disappointed in myself for taking the plunge!!!

Anyway, what's really important is that a new customer (ME) can walk through the salon door and have the confidence to make a change. BUT only after 10 minutes of sitting in the chair with Marcus.

It's safe to say I LOVE my new hair, but really only thanks to Marcus for helping me step out of my comfort zone. He was confident and calm. Meaning I was confident and calm. He listened properly to me meaning that I felt heard. So together we decided to just go for it!!

My partner LOVES my new hair too! But max (my son) still doesn't like it!

A very friendly and kind hairdresser. She's done a wonderful job in taming my otherwise unruly hair. I've left it alone as directed and can see the frizz is much less than what I'm used to inspite of yesterday being the hottest day of the year. Went into salon today I am a regular customer, my experience every time I go in is amazing, very friendly all staff, extremely attentive, Jim is an amazing technician, my hair feels and looks great everytime Jim does my hair really nice friendly guy could not ask for anyone better, also Vicky is a delight to blow dry my hair afterwards really nice and helpful styles it really well just how I like it .
