I’m sorry I can send you before and after shoots... but you would be pushed to spot the difference. There’s nothing wrong with cut just showed pic discussed what I wanted and feel like I paid for nothing. The stylist I booked for was Pam but she wasn’t in, I didn’t get notice of this. I have been with T&G for over ten years it’s time for a change.... I really want a refund so I can go somewhere else... I’m so disappointed

I was unsure if the style I wanted would suit but Sonya gave me some very good detailed advice. I am very happy with my hair the price was reasonable. I have rebooked for my next trim in 8 weeks with a free fringe trim before if I want. Sonya was very friendly and pleasent and I would 100% recommend her.

I trust Jim 100% when it comes to colouring. He is a perfectionist and incredibly knowledgeable. During my last visit I had a ful colour lift and naturally was a bit nervous but Jim talked me through the entire process and I felt reassured. I’m so happy with the outcome! I’ve only ever trusted a handful of people to cut my hair and Sonya is probably the best I’ve ever had. The way she puts me at ease and talks to me, makes the experience of getting a trim, one that breezes by in what seems like no time at all.
Technically, she is flawless and never fails to give me the cut which not only suits my physical appearance, but also one which matches my personality.

I can’t recomemd Sonya highly enough, she’s an absolute diamond!

Was a client at Telford branch but have moved as my stylist has. The salon is well presented and all the staff are very welcoming. I arrived half an hour earlier than my appointment time and was able to be seen to in 10 minutes. Serena was friendly and confidence boosting as usual.
