Saira really is one in a million when it comes to any hairdresser I've been to. Not only did she show me each step of the way as she cut my hair but she cut it exactly how I wanted it. Everything was quintessentially perfect. Even my.mum said when I got home what a great cut. Would recommend Siara without any hesitation ..... please dont leave I've found a hairdresser that I can stick to at long last!! Many thanks Siara for the best bob haircut in a long long time. I came in and showed the reference photo that I wanted, **** told me that it was fine. Layers were choppy at first but we made changes. When it came to blow dry she kept blow drying it straight / the wrong way despite showing her the reference photo a good 4/5 times. Eventually she said she just doesn’t know how to do it, this wasn’t anything crazy it was just a blown out set of layers with the ends tucked inwards. After a good 30 mins of tugging my hair and hitting the brush on my head I just got tired of asking changes to be made and asked her to just leave it straight. I left so disappointed in my haircut but I’m not one to ask for a discount even though my expectations were not met at all. I used to love this salon but after coming back after a year of living elsewhere I’m so disappointed. Please hire staff who know what they’re doing or can make it clear upfront that they don’t. Left with a sore scalp, uneven layers and lord farquaad bangs
Holly always does my hair and she always does a fantastic job. I feel like a whole new person each time. And the service is always so friendly and lively, 10/10 definitely recommend to everyone!!

Hailey is great, always listens to what you want, does the best hair wash, gives professional advice and aims to please. All the girls are great and always cheerful. Makes salon experience relaxed and comfortable. Loved my cut today too.

I have been having my hair done here for a long time now and have never had a bad experience. Hayley always ensures that my hair is cut to a very good standard and she even checks with me during the cut, to ensure that I am happy.

The hairdresser was very lovely but I found the overall experience frustrating. When I explained that my hair - particularly at the back and sides - was usually done with clippers she repeatedly said she did not want to cut it too short. When it came to styling the top, despite my repeated assertion that I disliked having a parting despite my hair naturally falling to the side when longer, she continued to create a side parting and cut accordingly. This has left a fairly wonky fringe and instead of a no maintenance cut that doesn't need product, I will probably need to find time to style it before going out. It's fine, I can style it to look OK but it did feel like I wasn't being listened to and not like my past experiences at the salon. Next time I'll bring a photo.

The service was excellent loved my colour by Holley and had a blow dry with Marcy she was very sweet and very flexible and understood what I wanted.

Always used cut and colours for years now, always get incredible service when I'm in there amazing staff specially Hayley she is absolutely lovely and also so chatty. Will always recommend this place. Clean, friendly fantastic atmosphere, excellent service. You have a great member of staff. Always walk out feel like my natural self even though some may say its just a hair cut.
