I was booked in for a cut and blow dry with Danni. After a follow up chat about my last cut and the offer of a drink I had my hair washed. Very relaxing and not at all rushed.
Danni then cut my hair whilst damp.
She explained what products she was using and why but didnt make me feel pressured to buy. Gave it a blow dry then a follow up cut. I asked about a different way of styling which she proceeded to do for me. I really appreciated the time she spent with me.

Had a full head of foils today with Martha, she is brilliant! My first time at this salon but have been going to Martha for 12+ months, technically she is great but she is also super friendly and makes you feel so relaxed in her chair! I would 100% recommend!

Marc is lovely but it took 3 hours to do my roots. Although colour was left on for nearly an hour, I got home to find that I could still see greys when parting my hair.

I was looking for a new salon and came across Francesco’s. I booked with Danni for a balayage, root tint and cut. Danni was really knowledgeable and we had a great consultation looking at my hairstyle and my current colour and she made a few suggestions for changes which I went with. Used here before the lady who did my hair left. Went online and chose Danni for a cut and blow dry. Danni is now the new salon owner. It was refreshing walking into to Francesco in knowle a new refreshing look with decor very clean also.
Danni was so welcoming and sat me down to have a chat about what I would like from my haircut.
A lovely head massage during the washing process and a drinks menu was offered to me. I glady had a latte. The finish result was amazing I'm so happy with my cut and blow dry. I would highly recommend this salon with the new owner and new members of the team it's certainly worth a visit.

Today I had foils and a cut and blow dry. I also had nails, derma planing, lash lift and tint and my brows done. It was amazing! The whole team are fantastic and I always have such a giggle when I’m there!
I have 100% confidence in all of the staff and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my hair and beauty treatments.
Crystal is a magician with nails and general beautifying!! Shalani does my daughter’s hair and does an amazing job. Romii has also done my daughter’s hair before and did a fab job and Marc made several clients today look amazing!

Rommi was very attentive seemed not to rush me and spoke to me throughout the consultation. Rommi talked to me through the process and explained what was happening. She chose a suitable colour and was really happy with the outcome. My hair is very thick and hard to blow dry it takes literally ages. I was so impressed as to Rommi's technique of blow drying. Overall excellent service and very pleased with the service and colour.
