My first visit to dial emma today .Emma gave me advice and was very professional .I was very pleased with the cut she did and will definitely return .

Laura gave me a lovely cut, just what I wanted - even my husband noticed! I need to re-think my hair colour (grey is becoming more noticeable now) & Laura talked through the options to gradually go lighter. I definitely felt looked after. I always enjoy my visits to DialEma & leave feeling much better about my hair.

Very happy with my hair done by Rebecca last week. Her knowledge of hair is very comforting and reassuring- I am new to the salon and I felt very confident having my colour done by her.

First time visiting the salon today, having recently relocated from another part of the Midlands. I was able to make an appointment on the same day as requested (which is fantastic!) and throughout my hair cut , I was asked my opinion on all the small details. I was very happy with the end result. All the staff were kind and professional. Will be returning again :)

Excellent manicure

I had chlo today. She cut and dyed my hair perfectly. She was helpful and polite. As are all the stylists and juniors that work there. It was a very safe environment re covid.

I felt safe and relaxed, and Niamh was a lovely young woman to talk to whilst having my hair done, she discussed what was required, what she would do, and at various stages through the cut she would ask if it was the right length etc. VERY HAPPY with the result.

The time passed so quickly. So down to earth. The whole set up of Dial Emma is so unique. I love the High Standard of hygiene in your salon and the politeness and professional of all your staff. Great place to take your Hair to.

Got my hair cut today, my hair was cut way shorter than what I asked for, completely uneven and all at different lengths. The woman that cut my hair was nice but the hair cut is uneven

As ever a brilliant consultation with Simone where she did a little catch up after a long gap in visits. She also advised me on a root colour touch up and so I have booked in for that next week. I love the fact that stylists at Dialema show professionalism and are also personable with their clients, because of this I have returned time and again . Thanks Simone for a great cut!

My first time . Very welcoming and felt at ease. Salon is very spacious and soft music in the background. I was not rushed. Beautiful therapeutic experience. Very impressed with boutique and salon set up. Emma explained and adviced on products

Anyone out there looking for a new salon I cannot recommend DialEma enough. DialEma has branched out into clothing. Some absolutely gorgeous pieces, well worth a mooch. Very reasonable prices.

Just had a wonderful long awaited hair colour and cut with Simone. Was made to feel very welcome and safe and my colour and cut as always was done perfectly. Highlite of my weekend.
