I had my first appointment with this salon some months back now. My old hairdresser made my hair look like a matted guinea pigs fur. Faye worked her magic, transforming it and giving it the wow factor and Sophie now keeps up the wow for me.

I called on a Friday morning asking for an emergency same day fringe trim as I was going away to be a bridesmaid. They were fully booked but she took my number and said she would call me if they could fit me In within my tight timeline later that day. Indeed she called me later and she fit me with herself.
Lovely lady, service with a smile and she saved me before my bridesmaid duties!

I thought Jordan was very knowledgeable and friendly, and he seemed to really understand what I was after in terms of colour and style.

Sophie worked a miracle transformation today on my hair and I got to stand in front of the marvellous wall for a photo ! The colour is just what I wanted and the blow dry was lovely . The salon buzzes with chat and has a great atmosphere . Highly recommend Fay and her team

Sam and Fay were both amazing and completely transformed my hair giving it life and and a new colour with just a toner. They went above and beyond to give me advice on hair regrowth and the correct products to utilise for my hair to add moisture.

I can’t tell you how excited I was to sit in the chair at The House Of HairHostess. This was my 1st Visit. From the moment you step through the door you are transported into a beautiful space created just for you where your busy mind is left outside the door. The Team are so so welcoming. Fay’s consultation skills where simply fabulous at deciding exactly what was needed to even out my hair tone & bring the shine back! Fay delivered such Care & Attention to detail. Parris looked after me with an amazing Shampoo & best ever scalp Massage plus applied extra luxury treatments tailored to my hair needs. I was in the Salon for 7 hours & lapped up the pampering with a selection of delicious drinks & sat back & enjoyed the music & happy atmosphere around me. The Final Result absolutely blew me away…. I honestly haven’t loved my hair this much before. My blonde hair tone was so soft & glossy with different dimensions added in, the ends of my hair tidied up with a super layering system & blow dried & waved into the most gorgeous movement. To say I’m happy is an understatement. I left feeling like a million dollars.

I had a lovely experience with the ladies for a cut and blow dry. They were attentive and gave me lots of tips to look after my hair. I had nice time feeling looked after and my hair looks really lovely.

T section, toner cut and blow dry. Sophie is brilliant. Kind, attentive and sure knows what she is doing. This salon is the best....look no further for excellent service, technique and knowledge of how to do hair.

You won’t find a better salon. Fay leads her team exceptionally; they really are the best of the best. I’ve tried so many salons over the years but I’ve never been as happy with my hair as I am now. My balayage by Jordan is fabulous and my regular root touch ups and blow dries with Sam are the best. The team are so friendly and welcoming….as soon as I walk in I feel at ease and comfortable. The experience from start to finish is second to none. I’ll never go anywhere else!

Never before have I had such a transformation at a salon.
My hair was in a bad state, roots, grey, yellow, brown. Fay and the team worked on my hair all day and it looks and feels amazing. I can’t thank them enough.

Love this place ! Corrected my colour in my first stage but massive difference honest straight to the point and so friendly all the staff ! Lovely kept salon felt so comfortable and Fay was amazing so was Jordan I won’t go anywhere else now I have found this gem of a place they spent hours working on my hair correcting a colour I hated ! So grateful thanks guys all of you !
