I had a lovely appointment at House of Hair today. This was the first time Sam coloured my hair and I am very happy with the results. Sam was friendly and made me feel relaxed and she did a fab job applying the colour and washing my hair. Jordon then cut my hair. I am always happy with Jordan’s work, hence why I always come back to him. He listened to my thoughts about my fringe and cut it exactly how I envisaged. Faye dealt with my payment and I am starting to feel like part of the HOH family. I really needed some time out having my hair done after a tough personal time recently. Thank you all.

Fay did a fantastic job again as usual. My hair had grown quite a lot, so it now looks great again.

I’ve never been disappointed with my service from The salon as a whole, my stylist Jordan Always exceeds my expectations. The salon owner Faye, she’s very welcoming, she does not forget her clients either.

Fay is amazing and really knows her stuff, all the staff there are fantastic, always a joy to be in there. My hair has been saved after years of box dyes and home bleaching.

I had an amazing colour and cut done here yesterday by Fay. My 9 month old roots are completely gone. My colour is beautiful!!! I am fussy and she gave me the exact blonde I was looking for. Big 5 star shout out to Fay for transforming my hair❤️

Extremely experienced staff explained every step of what was happening next took into consideration of what I wanted polite curtious adeard to covid restrictions in the safest standard of any service I've attended but made me feel at ease at the same time I will continue to use this service in the future and not tony and guy who I have always used as I am extremely pleased in every area of my experience today

Fay is energetic, friendly, a great colourist and does a great cut and blow dry.

Had my hair coloured for the first time ever by Jordan and it’s just amazing. I explained I wanted a natural brunette balayage and he took what was in my mind and the outcome is fantastic.
The process in place for covid runs smoothly and there is hand sanitiser on every station which is really handy. Can’t wait to come back!!

Everything was very well organised. I'm delighted with my hair, and I felt almost as though I'd been on holiday. Looking forward to the next visit.

Chloe was lovely and professional, it was my first visit to the salon to have a skin test prior to having a colour. I was very comfortable and at ease. The Covid procedure upon entering the salon was excellent, I called the salon and spoke to Chloe who said she will call me to enter, Chloe took my temperature and hand sanitiser was available to use and before I was seated Chloe cleaned the chair and area. If anyone is nervous to get their their hair done due to covid rest assure the salon has high infection control standards, I can’t wait to get my hair done!!

After months of lockdown my roots and colour have been transformed! Excellent knowledge and application. The treatments are sublime!

Finding the right hair dresser is never and easy task, and when you find them you never want to let them go!! But at House of Hair Hostess this isn’t a problem at all, the entire staff are phenomenal. It doesn’t matter whose capable hands you are in they are all equally talented. The salon is a fabulous place to go, to feel a million dollars in affordable luxury, one of my favourite places to spend me time.

Really happy with the result, lovely experience. Friendly and welcoming staff, nice atmosphere. Definitely go back.

I usually have Fay but booked in with Jo as Fay was booked up. An excellent experience as always! Always leave The House with a smile on my face and feeling great! The whole team take COVID safety measures very seriously and I couldn’t feel any safer! 100% recommend to anyone considering booking in with any of the team!

My words will not describe how utterly thrilled I am with my new hair. I repeatedly leave salons crestfallen - never quite happy with the result .... not today and not anymore. Fay is a technical genius when it’s comes to the science of hair and executes thoroughly and diligently, monitoring each step of the process with precision. The whole team at HoH are warm and welcoming with a huge focus on client experience. The salon is immaculate with the highest COVID safety procedures in place, going the extra mile at all times, whether it be the disposable refreshments on offer or the heated towel I was given “incase I was cold” whilst having my hair toned (yes, you read that correctly!!) or the phenomenal & thorough hair wash I was given, all simply top notch! I skipped out of there ... literally!

I had my hair coloured & cut along with my hair topper (female toupee). I had it styled & coloured to match my hair and absolutely love it, you would never know it’s not my own hair. Staff are all lovely & welcoming.

Xavier normally has Jo but couldn’t get in with her and given the restrictions on numbers of people in the salon Xavier (age 9) wasn’t able to be accompanied. As a parent we have every confidence that he was going to be looked after most importantly and that he was going to get a good haircut whomever he saw.

Overall review for everyone at the salon especially during these difficult times. Thank you for fitting us in and still smiling despite the effect this next lockdown may bring and the uncertainty faced. My hair is always immaculate and I love coming in just for the laughs they are priceless. Safety is always the priority and can honestly say have always felt the salon is the best and more in terms of hygiene regulations at this difficult time. In difficult times, the team couldn't have performed better. All of them are lovely and do their best to meet your every need. Even had a lovely hot towel. Hadn't visited since lockdown and considering the regrowth of my roots, they've performed miracles.

Megan And Jordan both did my hair at the salon. I came out looking like a hair model. All the staff members, including salon manager Fay, are very welcoming. It is such a wonderful salon, with a lovely atmosphere, where the clients and stylists/ therapists all interact with each other, which is great, (you will not be sitting in your chair in silence, unless you want to be)as there’s always a topic of conversation. The service is fantastic, the products used at the Salon are of very good quality, the colour won’t fade like some products that leave a brassy tone after some washes.

All staff welcoming and friendly!
