Fay was incredibly thorough with her consultation to gain a real understanding of my hair history, my hair problem and what I wanted to achieve. She explained what she was going to do and set realistic expectations. Her honesty is so refreshing. After a lot of work, she managed to get rid of all the Brassy red/orange from my blonde and I have walked out of the salon with the creamy, Sandy, beige blonde I wanted. Amazing.

I am so pleased with the results you have done on my hair. I went into salon feeling nervous about how fried and broken my bleached hair was - I didn’t even think it was fixable. Jordan worked his magic and he has transformed it! Fantastic colour exactly what I asked for. He was so thorough and not a strand missed. Even had it checked over by the salon owner. 100% will be going back - you smashed it guys.

I had my hair done today by Jordan after lockdown. And I couldn't be more pleased it looks amazing as always each time I visit . My journey began a year ago at the House of Hair Hostess after going to another salon and ended up with damaged hair. Jordan has brought my hair back to life and it's never looked better. The team are welcoming and friendly and the whole experience from start to finish is fabulous and there knowledge is amazing . I had no worry today going back as I felt so safe. First time at Hair Hostess and wont be the last, Fay was brilliant she listened to what I wanted and certainly delivered. Not cheap but well worth the extra pennies ( you get what you pay for )...Also I felt realy safe, the Covid measures that Fay has in place are brilliant.

I was delighted to have my appointment, and to have a new hairstyle. My hair was quite overgrown since my previous appointment in mid-February. So, I feel that this is the new me!

Wow absolutely love my time in the house. The measures for returning back post lockdown that Fay has put in place is well above what I was expecting and really puts you at ease and just shows Fay and the team’s commitment to their clients and the team. I can not praise this salon enough. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming and I always leave feeling on top of the world. The staff really listen to what you want, are honest and offer the best advice.
Fay has done everything to make the salon safe during Covid. The salon was always clean before but now there a more measures in place like masks, shields, screens and frequent cleaning. I felt very safe during my visit (even safer than I do at work!)

First visit after lockdown and the salon was highly organised and felt as clinically clean as an operating theatre . There were no magazines or coffees but the rest was the same . Attention to detail, colours that took time but worth every minute. The staff as always chatty behind the visors with such a positive vibe . So happy with my hair and non stop complements.
