I absolutely love Pure Hair! I always come away delighted with the service they provide. Not only are their skills faultless, but they are such a friendly team that make you feel welcome as soon as you step through the door ! Amber colours my hair regularly and takes extreme care to get it exactly how I like it. She is amazing! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

Amber is a professional and explained how she was going cut my hair with meeting my requirements.

I called pure hair after a week of upset, distraught and unloved hair after a bad hair appointment experience.
The receptionist on the phone was so lovely when I explained my situation and that I’ve recently lost my hairdresser after 10 years together and went to someone new in the same salon and didn’t get a positive experience. I also explained that I struggled to find someone whom could cut thick and curly hair well as it’s not a easy skill to have.
She booked me appointment, told me the cost in which I was happy to spend any amount of money to fix my but Pure’s prices were cheaper then my previous salon and fair at that too.
Before I knew it my appointment was here and I had anxiety the day of my appointment thinking it was going to be another negative experience but the moment I walked in I felt at calm. After being told Zoe was the girl for me for my hair type. We discussed in depth what I wanted/ looking for in my hair and after a lengthy discussion and many scrolling of selfies of previous hair looks we came to a united plan.
Zoe was so lovely, understanding and listened to what I wanted and how I wanted my hair changed from my previous hair appointment back to its former glory.
Once the appointment was complete, I felt amazing and emotional. After weeks of not feeling 100% myself due to my hair, I walked around holding my head held high as my crown (hair) was restored to its former glory.
Zoe even mentioned that even if I wasn’t comfortable with it after I’ve styled it myself at home, I could contact the salon and get it sorted. This was key to me as I tried to contact the previous salon to fix my hair and got a very unhelpful response - No was the answer!
After my appointment with Pure i’ve spent the rest of the afternoon swoshing my hair around like I was in a L’Oréal advert. I cannot thank Zoe enough for being so lovely, understanding and basically being my saviour with a pair of scissors!

So it was my first time at Pure Hair today and I had a rough idea of what I wanted, blonde underneath my natural ginger in top and a choppy bangs and layers cut! Amber was great at not only knowing exactly what I wanted but explained the best way to achieve it (with little maintenance from me) and executed perfectly! I'm so happy with my new hair ? Thanks Amber!

Ashley is always friendly and listens, while offering advice and making suggestions when needed. My cut always keeps it shape well.

Popped in on the off chance I could have my hair curled. Louise did a fantastic job and the curls lasted days. Certainly recommend. Great atmosphere and service.

It's the first time I've had a salon colour, and I was feeling a bit daunted with having to sit for 3hrs, but the time went so fast. I had an absolute meltdown about a bad hair appointment elsewhere and had a deadline to when i needed it done and the staff at this salon couldn’t be more helpful!! they were amazing and sorted me out straight away i had a lovely experience and Amber in particular was amazing she was very caring and did a fantastic job on my hair im in love with the way she’s done it!! Zoe and Eve were fabulous. They both spent a significant amount of time on my colour, making sure it was what I wanted, and the cut was fabulous too. Everyone in the salon is lovely and so friendly. I booked a last minute appointment after being fed up with my hair for a while. I’d been growing my hair for a few years but decided to have a Bob cut in. I hadn’t been to the salon before but a friend recommended it to me and I’m so glad she did and I’m so pleased that I chose Phil to cut it. I’m usually worried that hairdressers won’t do what I ask for but as soon as I said I wanted a Bob put in he immediately knew exactly how I wanted it cut and what would suit me. I felt like I could just relax then and enjoy my pamper. He’s such a nice man and so relaxed, it made the experience even better. I absolutely love my cut, my hair feels and looks amazing! I’ve definitely found my new stylist!

Ashley Jenny and Louise made me feel relaxed abd important to them. Ashely and Jennys knowledge if style and colour is second to none and I always come away looking and feeling fabulous. Louise who washes my hair was very pleased and engaging.

First visit after looking for a replacement stylist Delighted with the cut and salon in general. Will be very happy to come back

As always Amber did a brilliant job on cutting and styling my hair. She is always pleasant and nothing is too much trouble.
