***** cut my hair today as Ashley was away ill. I paid £42 for the privilege of leaving the filthy dirty salon looking like a windswept poodle.

I had my hair cut with Eve after grabbing an appointment at short notice. I’ve never visited the salon before and took my 8 year old daughter for a cut too, with Amber. I was actually late and called the salon to inform them, staff couldn’t do enough to help and re-arranged the appointments so that mine and my daughters cuts were at the same time. Eve really listened to me when I explained how I liked to wear my hair and I really liked my cut. Amber was lovely with my daughter who also was thrilled with her cut and style. Definitely recommend, lovely salon!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who really care about your experience and learn about how you like your hair. Zoe is fab, really experienced and skilled and we always have great chats. She loves working with my layers! Wouldn't go anywhere else and would recommend to all my friends and family without hesitation.

Really great care. Jenny listened and came up with imaginative solutions neither flare and professionalism. Hair cut by Phil was impeccable as well. He thought about how I would recreate the style myself as well as having advice for after care.

Excellent colour by Zoe and excellent cut by Phil. Both are extremely helpful advising about colour and style. Takes me an hour to get to the salon, but couldn’t contemplate going anywhere else. Lovely, friendly salon with staff who take great pride in their work.

I have only recently started visiting Pure Hair Salon but have experienced the expertise and professionalism of Phil & Jenny from a previous time in a Birmingham City Centre Salon. They have a lot of knowledge and are happy to listen and give advice to what the customer wants. A lovely relaxing atmosphere on every occasion I've visited. Well done to all.

As I'm growing out my undercut, i was limited to what I could do, but Phil gave me some suggestions and cut my hair to give it a lovely shape whilst it grows. Very happy.

Zoe is absolutely amazing, and can work miracles, I was originally a very dark brown virtually black, and she has literally transformed my hair over the last couple of months to a dark blonde, I’m hoping to be blonde within the next few months so that she can put some pink into my hair for the spring, I’ve been with Pure Hair since they opened 18 years ago and won’t go anywhere else, everyone is so friendly and will advise you on you hair, and your requirements.

It was my first time as a customer at Pure Hair after going to someone else for many years. I was nervous as it's quite nerve racking going with someone new, but I absolutely didn't need to be. The whole team from the initial consultation through to colour and cut were extremely professional, friendly and knew exactly what they were talking about. The atmosphere is friendly and I had no issue with booking my next appointment as the colour amd cut is fantastic... my daughter is now going there too based on my reccomemdation.
