As always a wonderful service with friendly staff. Eve offers good advice about my style and hair colour. Eve explains what needs to be done on my next appointment and discusses the way forward with my hair colour to maintain it.

Ashley has been doing my hair for many many years now..... Knows me and my hair so well. Trust her with my hair 100%.... However, I am also reassured that in the absence of Ashley, that others are brilliant also.. Have visited the talented Phil a few times and am always so pleased..... A real talented bunch, all of the staff! Made to feel so welcome, a real relaxed salon, yet so professional too! Thank you!

From start to finish I loved ever second of my experience with the lovely ladies at pure, everyone was welcoming and friendly. From the relaxing atmosphere to having a laugh I just can't rate these ladies enough! My hair looks and feels the best it ever has!

Great advice and service

There is always a warm and friendly welcome from all the staff at this salon. I went in for a complete colour change with an idea as to what I wanted .Jenny explained exactly I could and couldn't have as I've fine greying hair and has given me a truly lovely colour. Ashley has been cutting my hair for quite sometime and knows exactly what will look good for me. I've never been disappointed with my style. A huge thank you to all the staff.

Pure Hair is a very rare (not on the High St) business today. Their long established salon shows real commitment to their craft with all uniquely lovely staff clearly nurtured and flourishing in their own way. Their is a very cheerful and gentle buzz midst their busy schedule which speaks of confidence and experience.
Their treatments and styling are a worthwhile investment. I will heartily recommend a consultation and their very good ‘eye’.

My colour is amazing! Zoe knows just what I like and what suits my colouring. She will always listen to what I want, make suggestions and always does a fantastic job. Ashley does my cut and finish and has been doing my hair for the last 25plus years! She knows just what suits me and will be honest with me about styling it when I leave the salon which is really important when choosing a new style. I totally trust her with my hair and she always does an absolutely awesome job! I would say I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my hair but if for some reason Zoe and Ashley weren’t available I would have no hesitation in any of the staff doing my hair as Pure Hair take training all their staff to the highest standard very seriously! I always leave the salon feeling absolutely amazing!!

Always more than happy with my colour and cut, Jenny and Phil have done my hair for at least 25 years , no other hairdressers I have tried can match them. It takes me about 45 minutes to get there, but worth it. All the staff at the salon are fantastic and all customers have fabulous hair styles when they leave. Thanks to Zoe who did a brilliant job on my colour this time, love it. Xx

Decided to completely change my hair style. Ashley understood that I am not brilliant at styling my hair at home and recommended a cut that is just what I wanted and is so easy for me to manage at home. Recommended a couple of products that keep my hair looking good and a little goes a long way.
