For a long time I have had layers all over my head which always resulted in pointed ragged edges. Jodie understood exactly what I wanted. She cut my hair super straight from the back with just a hint of layers to frame my face- exactly what I wanted. She didn’t shorten my length at all. Even when I asked her about the split ends that were still there, instead of chopping it all off she recommended me products for good hair health that would help with split ends. Had a lovely chat with her throughout. Overall a good experience. I left the salon feeling like a hair shampoo model ????

When i walk in the receptionist told me there is availability for 3oclock and i got a 50% off for hircut and blow dry which is normally £58 but since its on promo. I only need to pay £29. The lady who cut my hair was very lovely so i got nocomplain for her. Its jusytwhen i payed at the end they charging me for £43 and i explained about the 50% off explained to me earlier upon booking in. They just said ohh its for kids haircut forthe discount. £58 for a child haircut is too much. Well i justcarry on and paid but i only have a blunt haircut where in nothing much did to my hair as its an easy hairstyle.

So happy with the service and my hair is just how I wanted it. Definitely going back.

I have had the pleasure of having Lauren, Poppy, Sinead and Sean all do my hair and Theo are all fabulous, also milly and Adam are fabulous too. Love this salon, wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else as they are such a great bunch of people and the service is second to none.

Annie knew exactly what I wanted and delivered exactly what I asked. Amazing! Love the new hair cut, ready for my big day next week!

personally for myself, it's not about the salon experience, but more about the experienced colour technician Anna Hudson that does my hair, she's professional, understanding and conscious of her work and the finished result
I would pay more money for her to blow dry or curl my her too, shes so good at this aspect too, whenever she dose both, Im always pleased, love it, my husband notices and I feel happy

Great haircut, Lydia paid attention to my request and did not rush the experience. She was a pleasant stylist who engaged in conversation and took care of me. I have rebooked with her again for a follow up.

I don’t know who did my colour. She replaced Sinead that day. She was brilliant. I was disappointed with my blow dry. He’s a lovely pleasant man but my hair was quite kinky and frizzy. I had to nip home to blow dry it properly before work. I would prefer someone else to blow dry it in the future.

Nicola sorted out a bit of a problem one of your other staff caused. Nicola was brilliant at sorting it and a pleasure to have a conversation with while she was doing it. Adam on reception is brilliant too. He does a wonderful job and I hope others realise how good he is at holding “ front of house”

Decided to have long hair styled into a long A line Bob. Showed pictures of what I wanted and stated I do not want it SHORT. I wanted the back shoulder length and it ended up at the top of my neck. Had to ask her to stop cutting the sides before that ended up the same way. Not a good cut and certainly not what I asked for. It going to take months to get it the length I asked for. I usually go to Redditch branch and only went here as its closer to where we live. I would expect much better from this salon

I.thought I had booked a late availability appointment but must not have completed the process. I arrived at the salon and the stylist on reception was very reassuring and checked that Jodie was still available. Jodie so warm and friendly did a brilliant job as she has f9ne previously. I get lots of compliments about my short style and recommend Toni and Guys frequentky.

I have never been dissatisfied when leaving this salon, my most recent colour & cut was fantastic- Sinead you are wonderful.
The only area for improvement in terms of experience is that the team always look pretty miserable and don't smile or interact with customers they are not directly dealing with - by doing so the experience could feel much friendlier.

Annie kindly trimmed around my ears as my hair is still too short and uneven. Will go to Annie for next proper cut as she was so kind
