First hair cut since having a baby. Felt really looked after could bring pushchair and everyone made me feel relaxed. It’s nice to be able to go to a salon where you don’t feel like you have to dress or look a certain way to be a customer. Nice to have some me time. I actually had two new stylists today as unfortunately for the second time the colourist I booked was unwell.
However was pleasantly surprised by new girl Kaley who coloured my hair. She turned my awful hair around and she was really lovely too. Will definitely book her again.
Then had Andrea cut my hair. She listened to what I wanted and the outcome is lovely.

Shaun did the most fantastic colour for me on Saturday. A little bit different for the holiday period and it turned out even better than I could have even imagined.

Really disappointed , was looking forward to what I thought would be a great experience at a reputable salon , cut was awful and blow dry was even worse !!!! Colour not what I asked for !!! After returning to discuss with the colour consultant he told me to live with it and wash my hair in head & Shoulders !!! Not great when you have just spent a lot of money on a service !!!!

I am so pleased with the haircut Nicola did for me. I came in not really decided on what I wanted and with quite specific requirements. Nicola was really good in that she listened and actually gave me good honest advice. I ended up going for the drastic cut I wanted because she gave me the confidence to do so and it looks amazing.
The reason I chose this salon out of any I could have gone to in Birmingham was the customer service. It is so difficult to find a friendly and genuine welcome in salons around here. I was so relieved from my first phone call requesting a last minute appointment to meeting my stylist. Nothing I asked about was judged by Nicola and she gave me an amazing on trend haircut. I've finally found my regular salon! I hope all future trips are just as good.
