I had my first visit to Toni&Guy yesterday after having Sinead recommended to me through a friend. Amazing experience. All the staff are friendly & the service is next to none. You certainly get what you pay for. Sinead is super talented. She rescued my hair disaster from an awful drag root. She was honest about what could be achieved first time & structured my expectations, but she outdone herself. I’m extremely happy. She has a client for life now. Thank you for looking after me.

I always hated a trip to the salon until Shaun did my hair, i now really enjoy the whole experience and above all always leave the salon absolutely loving my colour! Terrible service ruined my hair!

Absolutely awful experience wanted a balayage and was given stripes accross my hair was told I can come back to get it corrected ‘complimentary’ which I did for my hair to be ruined a second time round only this time a lot worse very dark stripes darker than what I wanted on my root (nearly black) and a lot more visible as the blonde was bright, I was told I couldnt have it fixed whilst I was there as they were closing. (not sure why they booked me in at 5.30 for a colour correction when the stylist was leaving at 6) I was rushed and she left without staying to see the result of my hair my hair was unbelievable! The other stylists could see the problem and said they didn’t no what to do as the managers had left and so had the stylist that did my hair! I was left with a different stylist to rinse off the colour and dry my hair who then left so couldn’t correct my hair, The only person left in the salon was dan a lovely guy on reception that was so accommodating, plesent and sincerely apologetic unlike the owner! Dan is a credit to the salon and it was only because of his kindness that I left the salon with my hair in such a bad way otherwise I would of remained in the salon until I was given a solution, My only option was to go back for a third correction I will not be going back to have my hair ruined a third time therefor I asked for a refund and was told we don’t do refunds the salon owner was very rude no apology and not in the slightest bit bothered that I was left to walk out of the salon with stripes around my head after paying £182! Her response to me was that it was Friday evening at 7.30 and she was with her children so wasn’t willing to sort anything out nor refund me! Other than go back tmro! I wouldn’t step foot in another tony and guy and wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!!! Steer clear!!! Rude! Unprofessional! Bad service! Overpriced!

As ever, Lauren was great and her advice was always the better option than the one I go in with (shave it all off, it’s getting on me tits!!)
