Anna's advice for my hair colour is always good and right but she will give me a new balayage look for the winters on my next visit.

I thought the whole experience at the salon was brilliant. Hannah the colorist is always very pleasant and does an excellent job. She knows what you want without having to explain in detai. Lovely girl! Also Can cut my hair and was very professional my hair looks fab looking forward to my next visit.

Great cut again with Poppie. She listens really carefully to my ideas and interprets them well.

Lauren was just so good to me. I was concerned about having my hair cut short. She reassured me then gave me an amazing cut. She took 10 years off me. Better than Botox. Lol

After growing my hair for a year I decided enough ! Jodie was great and really took time to ensure I was happy. Great head massaged by milly (I think was her name). Really enjoyed my appointment and thought everyone was so friendly

Every part of the appointment - from booking to paying was very pleasant- I was delighted with the way Nicola cut my hair - she is EXCELLENT at her job ( she used a decent temperature to dry my hair - sometimes it has felt like a blow torch is being used by some hairdressers)

Amazing service and knowledge. I went in quite unsure of what I wanted but somehow she got it perfect and gave me advise on how to style throughout the appointment. Very very pleased!

Thank god the first visit was discounted... I won’t be going back. Was kept waiting for 15 minutes and offered no apology. The woman who cut my hair was ok and honestly I have no problem with not having to make small talk but it was just weird having my hair cut in total silence. No questions about what I wanted. The absolute bare minimum done to my hair. No questions on how I might want it styled. No layers put in though I asked for them. Ends trimmed. Fringe trimmed. Dried straight and sent on my way. Very disapppointed.

I've had 3 cuts now with Sarah in Solihull and having explained what I want she has got it straight away,her cuts are so precise,I have no trouble styling my hair myself as following such cutting my hair just falls into place....great!

I have been having my hair cut by Dan for a few years now and can honestly say iv never had a cut like it. Dan is thorough and precise I always walk out pleased with my hair. Fantastic job always ???????? the salon is a welcoming friendly relaxing environment and would recommend to anyone. If ur after a good cut Dan is ur man!

Lovely Lauren looked after me as she always does. She listened to me and gave me some tips about managing my hair. She recommended the Diamond Dust leave in conditioner. I love it and use it at home now, it smells amazing and works brilliantly. Thanks Lauren and Toni and Guy Solihull!

I had my hair cut and styled by Lauren.
As I wear hearing aids I find it quite daunting when it’s time for a haircut. Lauren made me feel very comfortable and really made an effort to communicate in a way that I would understand. She is a credit to the Toni and Guy organisation

I've been coming to Toni&Guy for years now, today was like every other day I've visited, Nicola Smith did an amazing job as always she is by far the best hair dresser I've had, I love that she listens and does exactly what I want especially with my frindge obsession! I have crazy thick hair and I always leave with lighter hair that feels amazing :) so long as Nicola stays I want be going anywhere else ever:)

The colour by Anna is always excellent I can’t say the same about the cut even when I ve had a style director I ve not received advice on styling or products which I would have expected I no longer pay the price for a style director because of this
