My experience would be better enhanced if they’d supplied glasses covers instead of having to use foil when hair is being coloured!

Good standard always Jodie is a credit. Been going to her for atleast 7-8 years never had a problem. Though I've had problems with poor and life of hair cut with junior staff such as Anna meaning I have to get my hair cut again after 2 weeks rather than the 4-5 weeks with Jodie or Nichola

This is my third visit to your salon each time I’ve used Sean to colour my hair. He’s such a lovely person and makes me feel so relaxed and pampered!! and gives me excellent advice with my hair as I’ve had chemotherapy and my hair was very fragile when I visit came to your salon. Thank you Sean for making me feel good again????

I wanted to get my hair style, i checked google for places in solihull, this place looked to be decnt, however it was far from it, yes it was clean and looked professional but in terms off my actual hair style, it was shocking, i wale up with my hair looking better them what it was when i left from this place. I was offered a drink numerous times which got frustrating, reason being is because what i was asking for wasnt getting done. Im very suprised at some off the good reviews people have given this place. My first visit, will also be my last, i do not recommend.

I always find the staff very honest but professional. My hair had been bleached and dried by the sun, they cut and coloured my hair so it looks great again.

Best experience I’ve ever had! It was my first time having something done to my hair in 3 years after keeping it long and plain, I decided to go for a balayage that’s was done by Sinead and a cut and blow dry with Lauren. Everyone made me feel comfortable and welcome, offering me drinks or a magazine to read. While getting my hair washed the chairs also have a built in back massager which was heaven.

I’m so pleased with the end result and my overall experience, will definitely be coming back.

I booked in for a balayage. Was told i’d Get a good result and the technician would be able to remove the warmth from my hair which I didn’t like.
After the colour, a toner was put on which I wasn’t expecting. I now know that it has washed out (after a few days) that it was to disguise the fact that in actual fact I now have even more warmth (ie ginger) in my hair! The balayage has been a bit of a disaster!
I returned to Toni and guy after about three days and was told that they would put another toner on free of charge but I had to cancel as I couldn’t make the appointment and am now on holiday. In all honesty the last thing I want is something else put in my hair which is going to make the condition even worse.
The guy on reception was very friendly and helpful but the colourist that he called over was anything but and just said that balayage is a staged thing and you don’t get the result you want until after a few go’s! This is not what I was told at my initial consultation!! I have been using this salon for over 10 years but will not be going back after this. My hair is now in the worst condition it’s ever been in due to the bleach if the balayage and i’m more ginger now than before!!! Such a shame as this was the only salon I had trusted up until now.

Everyone was really friendly and welcoming, as they always are. The cut was great for myself and my daughter-wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Friendly staff, listened to what I wanted and I'm extremleyhappy with the results.

The colour was done really well and came out better than I expected however the cut felt rushed and my layers were cut in very choppy which I did not like. For such an expensive salon I expected a better cut and finish.

My ten year old daughter had a lovely experience here today. She was really well looked after by Lydia, had a fabulous cut and blow dry and we couldn't have asked for more from the visit. It was nice that I was able to sit next to my daughter and enjoy my coffee whilst she had her hair cut. We've already booked her next appointment. Good value for money too with the half-price concession for under twelves. Thanks guys!

Great overall although becoming expensive. Could do the a discount system for frequent appointments.

fantastic experience , they where pampered , offered drinks , husbands & kids coats took from them & hung up, hairdresser chatted away to my children , she put them at ease & made the whole experience feel like an experience . As the last 2/3 times the has been no offer of drinks / no coats taken or hung up. This time made a please take change & the hair cuts are the best they have had. It’s a shame the lady will be leaving to go on maturnity leave shortly

Your stylist was excellent. She really listened to me explaining my objective and then offered advice and guidance and the the end result was just what I asked for. This was my first visit but have booked my second. Thanks.

First visit to the salon today, had a cut & blow dry with Lydia who did a great job - my hair was in dire need of a cut and it now looks so much better. First impressions really count and the welcome at the salon was geniunely warm and friendly, which extended through to hair washing (great service) and the cut & blow dry. Will definitely be recommending the salon.
