Went in to have my Balayage re done and Shawn did a great job. It looks better than first time around. The colour and effect is so vibrant even on my dark hair. The bouncy blow dry also looks awesome which was done by the apprentice Nathan. Thank you

Staff where fab... shop was nice and clean and refreshments where offered. Yes, it is alittle pricey but it is worth it. Loved my new haircut and poppie took her time which i love... thank youuuuuu

Rushed blow dry. Hair dried then styled when damp / dry - consequently all drops out in about an hour.

Excellent visit to Tony and Guy Solihull this afternoon. Left feeling amazing. Gorgeous hair, fantastic chat and felt like I was being pampered all the way through nothing was too much trouble. Consistent level of high customer service in interactions with all staff I encountered.

Nicola did a cut & Blow dry my 2nd visit.I am so pleased I have found a good hairdresser locally Nicola has done a great job my hair looks Great would Reccomend that’s why I have given her 5 Stars.As she is a top Stylist it is a little expensive but worth it and you are pleased & Satisfied all the staff make you feel welcome.

Anna was given to me by saira because I was not very happy by my previous hair colour technician shaun who would not able to understand what I wanted. I gave him plenty of time but he would just not get it. I got very upset and distressed about the situation and I finally decided to put a complaint about it.
Sarah listened to me very patiently, and she recommended Anna to me. Anna is a very good listener and she clearly understands and picks up very quickly what the customer wants.As hair are major part of your total outlook.

My first visit Daniel was to do my hair but he was not available a young lady did it I think her name is Nickie.I was so pleased.I have tried one or two hairdressers in my area so dissapointed but I am so pleased I have found the right one I am booked again next week That’s why I rate it 5 Stars a little expensive but worth it.

After having blonde highlights for ten years I wanted a more natural colour! Head colourist was great she was able to create exactly what I had in mind!

Very helpful as I had no idea what I wanted! Guided me in the right direction and was also just generally lovely! Thanks again!

Cannot fault the consistent service that I get from Jodi.

The only major downside is that I end up having to go to barbers for my beard. Despite my regular hairdresser Jodi who knows how to do beards, Toni and guy fail to offer this service. I would seriously question why?

I have been having my (very short) hair cut by Nicola at TnG Solihull fo a long time. She always gives me a brilliant cut, which looks amazing, and boosts me when I feel down. I’m always offered a drink, I always have a great head massage in the comfy chairs when my hair is washed, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. The cut is worth every penny I spend...

Love coming here - so friendly and the stylists are amazing. Jodie knows exactly how I like my hair and does it perfectly as well. Sean is also amazing- the ombre that was put in my hair last September is still going strong.

Fantastically-well looked after by LAUREN! Came in for an up-do for a Ball that evening - gave Lauren a photo of what I wanted, and my hair looked picture perfect when I left! And it stayed in!!! LAUREN is amazing ????
