Not the best at all. Had some good cuts here in the past but not this time. Got home to find I’m missing a chunk at the back due to a mishap with the clippers which was never mentioned! Expect better for £36!!!!

Never walked out of a hairsalon happier! Shawn took care of my hair and the result was excellent.

Overall very good but disappointed that on arrival I had been booked in with the technical director not the technician that I had asked for, so had to pay £20 more than I expected to. This was despite the technician calling me in the morning to check I had had my patch test. I was pleased with the colour but again bit disappointed that the technical director didn't bother coming to check my colour after it had been dried despite the stylist asking someone to get her. My cut and blow dry was very good by my usual stylist and great service here.

Excellent cut by Caspar as usual, always an enjoyable visit.

I’m a regular at TG Solihull and see Lauren. I’ve used the salon for a number of years now but Lauren is a credit to the business; cutting skills aside her personality and character adds to the place enormously.

I’ve seen some new decor going in today too so I’m sure this will add to the salon.

Casper cut my daughters hair. Listened to exactly what we wanted & was chatty, & consultative throughout. He cut and straigtened her hair beautifully. We were both delighted with the cut & the experience.

Had my hair done love it,i was supprised by cost £171 pound ,when i booked i was assigned to ladies i have not had before ,wont be going back its a weeks wage for me ,i want asked if i wanted top stylist or not ,

I would never go anywhere else, this is my 4/5th year. The salon is always updated and professional looking but it is all the people that make it feel comfortable and relaxed but of course they are all amazing at advising or understanding how you want to have your hair cut, coloured etc. Constantly the team are up to date with techniques and styles, it is a place for any age and an experience not to be missed. Shaun is excellent in his profession, I had a bit of a disaster for him to sort out which he did brilliantly... such a nice guy too, highly recommend Shaun.

Jodie always does a fantastic job of cutting and styling my hair, she knows what suits me and even gives great styling tips!

My colour is always spot on I don’t know how Anna does it highlights are always perfect Colour always stays bright. Cut with Casper had a trim just what I wanted very friendly it’s a nice place to go to.

Best hair cut I have had in years! So thrilled. Annie took loads of time to listen to what I wanted and gave me a perfect haircut, style and recommended great products to suit my needs. Atmosphere only gets 3 because T&G was going through a refurb, which I was made aware of before the visit.

I am a regular Emma does my highlights she is great always does a good job so friendly too.casper has cut my hair he is a good person always polite and cheerfull.Adam is a great receptionist always makes you feel welcome so friendly and polite.Lauren always says hello and asks me how I am. All such a friendly bunch best hair salon I have ever been to wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

My 8 yr old daughter and I came today. Jess had a cut and Adam did my tint. Excellent staff, couldn’t have been nicer and more courteous. Lauren understood Jess perfectly and cut her hair beautifully. Adam is a star in the making!!

Daniel immediately puts you at ease, takes time to discuss what you want. Explains what he is doing and how you can create it at home. Friendly and always does an excellent job.
