This was an excellent experience because although it was very good last time the result was not what I expected.

Nicola always cuts my hair just as i ask she is excellent ..

Poppy looked after me this morning and as usual she was superb. Very accommodating and professional. She did an excellent job on my extensions and hair cut.

Staff are friendly and helpful. I had my roots done and Hayley did a great job. They are doing an excellent job with keeping everything sanitised are are clearly very organised. Lovely team.

Colour technician was lovely, but the colour didn’t it turn out how I wanted. I wanted cool tones ended up in less than a week with nearly ginger hair. My hair is naturally blonde cool so not sure why it’s gone warm.

I had a cut and colour there this week. I was so pleased with the result. The salon was immaculate and I felt very safe there. All the new rules were being followed but it was still a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I’m so glad I went it was worth every penny.

I had been putting off going to the hairdressers as I was feeling a bit anxious about the whole thing but I was in desperate need of a haircut. My fears were completely unfounded and my experienced was a positive one. The salon was spotless the staff adhered to all current CV recommendations and I felt completely safe and at ease. I would have no hesitation at all in visiting the salon again.

Such a lovely afternoon spent having my hair coloured and corrected I had the corona virus back in March and my hair had been awful since the girls made me feel very comfortable and Anna did a brilliant job with my color while Jodie washed my color off and did a lovely blow dry I felt like a different person when I left the salon all Sarah’s team are true professionals thank you Anna and Jodie so glad to see your back

I had been putting having my haircut off for a while thinking I may grow it again. It got to the unbearable stage and I wanted a really good cut to sort it out. I chose Dan as the website said he specialised in men’s haircuts and I wasn’t disappointed. Dan took the time to get my cut just right and followed all the new PPE requirements. Next time I need a cut I will go back to Dan, really happy with the service and finished product.

Booked at solihull branch for me and my daughter for cut and blow dry. Experience was amazing, both our stylists only had time for us and made us feel welcome. Very friendly team, tidy and neat salon, will definately return in a few weeks for a top up. My stylist made me feel 100% good about myself and my hair felt awesome and bouncy.

My daughter had her wash cut and blow dry ready for school, Andria was perfect lovely and did a lovely job.. currently have a 6 year old who wants her to do her hair every morning before school x

Lydia is a great stylist! I have had Lydia styling my hair for a couple of years and always happy with the results. Lydia has bubbly personality whilst being very professional. Always a great cut would recommend her.

So, let's get this straight. I'm a mither of two kids, I've been stuck inside since March thanks to COVID-19, and my hair was screaming out for help. I already knew T&G was the best around, but I'd never visited this salon before. As soon as I walked into the premises, the first thing I noted was the amazing hygiene practices from the staff, especially important due to living in a pandemic. Poppie, my stylist, was absolutely wonderful. She was chatty, happy, and best of all had superior knowledge of her craft. I was only in for 45mins but it felt like longer, in a very good way, because Poppie made me feel so at ease. She was so focused on making sure I was relaxed and that I was happy with my hair, and I most certainly was. I paid extra for a smoothing and volumising treatment and it was very much worth it! My hair is so shiny, bouncy and compliments my amazing new haircut perfectly. Definitely the best hairdresser I've ever been to, and Poppie is super. Will be going back.

She was very attentive, listened to what I needed and did an amazing job. Very pleased!
