Really enjoyed my visit and I am in love with my colour and my cut (done by Jodie) been coming to the salon for 13 years and have never been disappointed.

Great experience, lots of fun and good communication. Poppy took the time to explain scenarios to me about my hair. Even got a free conditioner with my new hairdryer.

I’m always really pleased with the way Daniel cuts my hair. He always listens to what you say and testament to the cut, even after 19 weeks in lockdown, the style stayed in albeit a lot longer.

A lovely afternoon. Relaxed, quiet, had a lovely cut and colour and felt completely safe throughout

I felt very safe with the precautions in place when I arrived at the salon. The staff were friendly and welcoming as always and the service and quality of my treatment was excellent.

I then had cut blow dry with Dan he is such a lovely thoughtful guy who regularly cuts my hair perfectly has done for a very long time.

Kayley did an amazing job of getting my hair the colour I wanted without it having warm tones. She really listened to what I want and was so friendly, couldn’t recommend her enough!

Hygiene standards were managed very well, social distancing was as government guidelines. With regard to haircut I’m never disappointed when Nicola has cut my hair although I’m not a regular customer I have been to this salon for many years and I do believe you get what you pay for, I had the misfortune to go to a local hairdresser just after lockdown and I paid a lot of money for no more than a trim .... Not the case today very pleased lovely cut , Nicola took time to cut my hair as I had asked , would highly recommend her.

Jodie is brilliant. Professional and very welcoming. Always listens to what I would like and cuts my hair amazingly. My hair was heavy and dull for months before Jodie cut it. It’s so fresh and much lighter - amazing!

I had a full head of highlights done today and after months of my hair looking lifeless and dull, it now looks brighter and the blonde is clean and platinum. Exactly what I wanted! Brilliant service and I feel like myself again.

What a smashing fella.... fast, friendly and professional. I’ve been a customer for many years but only temporarily back here in Solihull. The standards are always reassuringly high wherever you are.

Simead listened to what I wanted, she got it and at that moment I knew I was in expert hands. Love my hair for the first time at this salon. Phew!! ?.

Also Gabby is a wonderful advocate for the salon, she loves her job which is a pleasure to hear, very professional.

Feedback on the plastic and foil used in salon really ought to be in alignment with being a responsible employer. A better cleaner waste system is definatley a step in the right direction leading to a positive impact on society as a whole. A must for a step up.

Had a great experience love my new colour and hair cut

As a regular salon skipper and always finding a new salon after just one visit, I found Andria. She’s so warm, friendly and skilled - which is evident in her work - and she immediately puts you at ease. This was my third visit today and I intentionally waited three weeks so I could ensure it was she who would cut my hair. Kayley also coloured my hair today and it was the first time of meeting but her expertise was evident. She was very friendly and the colour was better than I could have expected. Without a doubt, I will continue to visit Toni & Guy Solihull and have my hair done by both Andria and Kayley. Thank you both so much for making me feel so confident and happy in myself.

First cut and colour since lockdown easing and I couldn’t be more pleased.
All the additional measures make you feel safe without being obtrusive.

Fantastic cut! As always. So happy to have my hair done again after all this time , felt very safe in the hands of the staff here too. Ppe was provided for me and i was looked after by Sarah throughout my whole visit. Really lovely visit.
