Was pretty anxious about getting my hair cut - but Toni & Guy Solihull and Andria made me feel at ease the whole way through. I was given a courtesy call prior to the appointment which made me feel better that I wasn’t just another client rocking up. From entry I knew they were taking the safety rules seriously - which is what I needed to make me feel comfortable. Andria was amazing she made me feel at ease straight away - very professional and just generally a lovely human. Thanks so much as you’ve made me feel so much better!

Brilliant first time back at Toni and Guy. Felt very safe and everything was lovely and clean. Hand santisier (with aloe Vera!) on every station. Very well organised and fab work by Anna as usual

It was my first experience at Tony & Guy and I left feeling uplifted! Nicola payed attention to what I was looking for and really took her time to look into the details of the hairstyle I was going for. I’m thrilled to find a hairdresser I like!

Sinead has taken a strand test previous and explained the difficulty in reaching the level of blonde I wanted in today’s appointment, she appeared very knowledgeable and chatted to me throughout. She found a suitable alternative that would work in working towards a lighter colour. She adviced using oxiplex to avoid further damage to my hair and explained exactly what she would do. I am very happy with the colour. Lydia Then cut my hair. Lydia is very approachable and friendly - she listened to the style I wanted and carried it out quickly, she dried my hair - checked I was happy and then offered to wave it for me. Both the ladies were lovely and they were very professional.

Usually very good service but today felt really rushed. Felt as if getting a cut from a barber.

First visit back since lockdown. Salon had really thought about how to keep everyone safe without taking away from being a lovely experience.

Lydia is charming and very good at her profession. Having been neglected due to lockdown, it was looking dull and untidy but she transformed it, and I’m very pleased with the result.

Finally had my much anticipated hair appointment with Kayley who is my usual colour technician. She restored me to my former glory with her usual expertise & lovely manner.
Never disappointed with her efforts. She patiently recoloured my hair whilst observing all the new SD rules which are now in place.
The whole team are to be commended for their professionalism & giving the client the best experience they can.
Shout out to Adam for ensuring everything runs smoothly & you're happy before leaving.

Absolutely love my colour! Anna always does an amazing job and does it to how I like it. I had Poppie for my cut aswell, Poppie always gives good advice on how to keep my hair well maintained and in good condition. Thank you Anna and Poppie! Keep up the good work!

My first post COVID-19 Lockdown haircut with my favourite hairdresser Nicola at my favourite salon, Toni&Guy in Solihull. Very happy with the safety precautions and how Nicola managed my much needed haircut even whilst I wore a mask and she wore a visor! Really appreciate that the salon has now reopened ?

Daniel was extremely helpful as I wasn’t too sure which style I wanted.

My 11.45 appointment was very enjoyable,
Both my colourist and stylist were lovely and very professional .

Dan is always professional but even more so today he’s an excellent stylist and a very nice young man.

He has always given me a fantastic hair cut and is a very pleasant person. And very caring. Very nice experience. And very relaxing.

Very happy with the COVID-19 precautions in the salon. Andria listened to my hair woes and came up with some ideas for a longer style. Really pleased with the finished result. Andria really bubbly and pleasant to talk too. Excellent service all round!

When I came in, I wasn’t 100% sure as to what I wanted in my haircut however I explained the direction I wanted to go to Nicola and she very helpfully showed me the way to achieve this, giving a me a great haircut in the process! Not only did she understand my vision, but she added to it and adapted it to work for me. This was perfect for me as I was unhappy with my hair but am now far more confident in it!!! In addition, she was very friendly and welcoming, especially during these weird times. Huge thanks!!

Lydia is my regular stylist and I havent had my haircut since Feb. I was very apprehensive but from entering, I felt very reassured. You are asked to sanitise your hands, given a mask if you dont have your own, and the gowns and towels are disposable. You stay with your stylist for the wash and cut and finish. Lydia was her usual friendly, happy lovely self and she wore a visor throughout. I watched as people left and the work areas and chairs were thoroughly cleaned and sanitised. So I distancing was excellent. I would love if there was the option to add a tip during payment by card, as you can in some restaurants etc. Could this be explored to make the whole process cash free?

This was my first time visiting Sarah to have my haircut and she instantly made me feel comfortable, was very friendly and super professional. Sarah always made sure she explained every process and answered all my questions, she is a very knowledgable hairdresser and I left feeling well and truly pampered especially having a baby only 9 weeks ago. Thank you for making me feel good again!

Today was my first trip back to the hairdressers and I wasn’t sure how it would go but it was GREAT and Sarah made the experience a really pleasurable one even with PPE it was such a treat to be back in the chair having my hair styled. Sarah is just so lovely, very welcoming, so knowledgeable and explained everything from the moment I walked in about the new process and what would happen. She is just great at listening and understanding what a client needs. Thank you so much Sarah so pleased I am able to have my hair done by you again, loved the experience today definitely long overdue, stay safe and well everyone.

Highly recommend Anna for highlights, I’ve used her for many years now. And wouldn’t use anyone else. She made me feel at ease visiting the salon after lockdown . I hope next time coffee will back on the menu I missed my latte so much ?

Wanted a re-style and got it.! Daniel was helpful in advising which style would be best when I showed him Pictures from my phone. Considering the circumstances the staff looked happy to be back and it was a nice relaxed atmosphere. Very pleased. Thank you
