Lovely experience at toni and guys solihull today. All staff very professional. Poppy was my stylist and she was fabulous. Very professional, very calm and considerate. Especially with the current circumstances , with extra precautions required. She listened , advised so well and cut my hair with ease. Shes also very gentle and washed my hair also. With a lovely head massage. I'm so happy with my hair. It's easy to style. Very manageable. And I love it. Thank you poppy. I will also be visiting the salon for hair colour shortly. I've always been nervous with hair dressers. But now I'm looking forward to it. Many thanks xxx

Professional as ever and still a relaxing and enjoyable experience despite the unusual conditions, masks, etc. Hygiene impeccable and all possible precautions taken to make the experience as safe as possible.

After having my color applied Jodie gave my hair a lovely spoo and a perfect bouncy blow dry I came out of the salon feeling on top of the world

Firstly, I would like to say how quickly Sarah was able to book my appointment for my hair extensions. Not only was she polite and professional and was quite happy to answer any of my questions on how to maintain my current extensions as they were getting too long! This made me feel at ease at asking any other questions or other queries I had.

Moving onto my appointment I was very impressed at how all the staff were. I was politely greeted as always and was handed my own mask and apron in a sealed package and asked to use some sanitizer. There were limited amount of customers in the salon and everything was spaced out 2m. I could see staff cleaning all surfaces and chairs after each client and they all had shield masks which reassured me.

My stylist was poppie, who was lovely as ever! She always makes me feel relaxed and reassured, even before these rules came into place. I did like the fact it was only one stylist seeing to each customer start to finish. Poppie did an amazing job with my hair. It boosts my confidence so much when you have someone who can completely change your whole hairstyle and make you feel amazing! Poppie does such a good job and I have people complement my hair constantly! I cannot reccomend Toni & Guy (solihull) enough to people. What lovley staff and service. Nothing ever seems too much to ask! I have been coming for a while now and it's so nice to build that bond with the staff there and get to know each other on a first name basis and pick up conversation where we last left it!

Finally, after my hair was all done, poppie was easily able to book me in, in december for my next lot of extensions and consultation to discuss different colours I could try. She wasnt pushy for me to try different things and agreed with what I was asking for.

Nicola has been cutting my hair since 2006.She knows exactly how I have my hair even though she’ll ask if I want the same/change.She is fantastic and again professional and would highly recommend her to anyone.I wouldn’t let anyone else cut my hair.

I was so pleased to have my hair cut and coloured hadn't had it done since February. It was a really nice experience - although I was looking forward to my visit I was also feeling a bit nervous. But I was made to feel really comfortable and reassured every step of the way. My cut and colour with Andrea and Kaylee really made my day. Hair looks amazing and I feel so much better. So "Thanks" to all the fabulous staff at Solihull salon.

Sinead is incredible. I have particularly thick, wavy, Afro Caribbean hair and she nails it every time!!!! My hair is warm in colour (naturally) and she always manages to get the most gorgeous ashy tones. She discusses what will suit you best, all whilst taking what you want into account. Every time, she has got what I’ve asked for perfectly. She’s personable, friendly and amazing at what she does. I’ve been to many different hairdressers, but I will always be loyal to sinead. As she is by far the best at colouring my hair. Thanks Sinead. X

Andrea listened to what I didn't want and helped me work out what kind of style I did want. I am very pleased with the results. The young lady that washed my hair was also very good & very friendly. The greeting from young man on front desk also very good. Overall I left feeling listened to and pampered. Well done!

I was given an appointment at a short notice and got an excellent blunt hair cut. The staff were very professional and the hair stylist did a meticulous job. I don’t know her name sorry. I believe she was one of the directors.

Amazing! Exactly what I was looking for and an amazing price

I'm sorry to say but I'm not happy with the service I received in the salon. Not very precise girls cut and the hairdresser unnecessary used the trimmer for my 4 year old son. It caused bleeding cut around his ear and now we are very worried about the risk of infection.

I dont remember the name of the stylist but she has done an amazing job ..

Daniel was very professional, listened and understood what I wanted, then helped me to adapt the style to suit my hair and face shape. I was having wuite a drastic short cut so he took a nice amount of time to consult and gave me lots of confidence. I LOVE the finished result.

Adam was great, he listened carefully to how I'd like my hair cut & understood my expectations. He was very thorough & the result was exactly what I'd asked him to do, I was extremely pleased. I do not normally like having my hair cut but felt completely relaxed & actually really enjoyed the experience. I would definitely come back & book with Adam.

A busy mom who visits professional hair salons regularly I've had a wonderful experience today.
I was welcomed into the salon and quickly looked after by the reception staff. Offered refreshments, many times. I had a lovely relaxing hair wash in the massaging chair! Adam did an amazing job with my hair, so precise and particular. I felt so good walking out of the salon. I would definitely trust Adam, or in fact any of the Tony And Guy staff, to cut my hair in the future.

I'm a haircutaphobic. I dont know how to ask for the right thing and I always feel awkward and self concious. But from the moment I came in, I was at ease. Lovely, lovely atmosphere, really smily and friendly professionals and I felt really special. My cut was fabulous, exactly what I asked for. Lovely. I was a bit flustered at the end as i had zero cash on me and couldn't leave a tip via the card machine, but luckily my husband had notes on him. I've already booked in for my next cut.
